Research On Professor Wang Xiuxia’s Medication Rule For Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:Based on the statistics and analysis of Professor Wang Xiuxia’s medication in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency,this paper will summarize Professor Wang Xiuxia’s treatment ideas and medication rules in order to provide effective treatment ideas and methods for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Collect the prescriptions of Professor Wang Xiuxia for clinical treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency from September 2017 to November 2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,sorted out the first prescriptions of 102 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency.Use Excel software to establish data sheet and input all prescription drugs of selected patients.According to "The Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China" and "Traditional Chinese Medicine",the four properties,five tastes,meridian tropism and their efficacy classification of each drug were recorded.Counting the frequency and frequency of use of each drug,summarize the main drugs and core drugs.The statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used for cluster analysis of the main drugs.To sum up Professor Wang Xiuxia’s medication rules and experience in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.Result:Among 102 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency,81 drugs were used in the first diagnosis,the frequency of use was 1467 times,and the average frequency of each drug was 18.11 times.Among them,the main drugs used to treat premature ovarian insufficiency are 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine which are used more than 18 times(except licorice).The cumulative use frequency is 87.53%.The core drug for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency is 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine which are used more than 42 times,with a cumulative frequency of 50.44%.According to the statistical analysis of four properties,the main drugs are warm(micro warm)drugs and ordinary drugs,with the use frequency of 44.58%and 33.13%respectively,followed by cold(micro cold)drugs,hot drugs and cool drugsAccording to the statistical analysis of five tastes,the main drugs are sweet(slightly sweet)drugs and pungent drugs,with the frequency of 39.46%and 26.57%respectively,The next is bitter(slightly bitter)drugs,the frequency of use is 16.65%,followed by astringent drugs,acid drugs,salt drugs and light drugsAccording to the statistical analysis of the meridian tropism of drugs,the main channels are liver channel and kidney channel,the frequency of use is 30.53%and 21.57%,followed by heart channel,spleen channel,lung channel,gallbladder channel,bladder channel,stomach channel,Sanjiao channel,pericardium channel,large intestine channel and small intestine channelAccording to the statistical analysis of the classification of drug efficacy,the use frequency of tonic drugs was 3 5.92%,followed by the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tranquilizing nerves,with the frequency of 17.25%and 13.22%respectivelyCluster analysis of the main drugs shows that Professor Wang Xiuxia has 5 pairs of commonly used drugs for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency,and there are 3 groups of commonly used drug combinationsConclusion:1 Professor Wang Xiuxia’s medication rule in the treatment of premature ovarian
