The Study On The Compatibility Characteristics Of Prescriptions In The Treatment Of Diarrhea In Jingyuequanshu

"Jingyue Quanshu·Za Zheng Mo·Diarrhea" is the research object of this paper.Zhang Jingyue’s understanding and distinguishing characteristics of diarrhea are summarized for clinical reference.This paper sorted out the disease name evolution of diarrhea,the general etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diarrhea through literature research,and summarized Zhang Jingyue’s understanding of diarrhea through the relevant contents of Jingyue Quanshu·Za Zheng Mo·Diarrhea.In this paper,the prescriptions in the Xin Fang Ba Zhen was analyzed,and the distribution of the first 103 prescriptions in Jingyue Quanshu·Za Zheng Mo·Diarrhea was counted.And,the prescriptions of each phalanx was recorded in EXCEL and imported into Gu Jin Yi An Yun Ping Tai V2.2.3,Then,four qi,five tastes,frequency and high frequency drug pairs were obtained.Based on the above analysis,the distinguishing and treating characteristics of diarrhea and the law of medication in Jingyue Quanshu are obtained.1.The five stages of the course of diarrhea described in " Jing Yue Quanshu" and their respective characteristics and treatments were summarized,that is,the stage of abrupt and violent diarrhea,the stage of splenic initial diarrhea,the stage of splenic long-term diarrhea,the stage of kidney diarrhea,and the stage of near death diarrhea.These five stages can be used to guide clinical medication,to find out the severity and grade of diarrhea,and to predict the outcome and prognosis of diarrhea.2.Jing yue believed that the pathogenesis of diarrhea is mostly deficiency and cold,and the treatment of diarrhea is mainly to regulate the spleen and stomach,and attached importance to the relationship between spleen,stomach and kidney.3.The prescriptions of senior doctors are often changed by Zhang Jingyue for clinical use.His medication is characterized by its specificity and courage.He liked to use temp era tu re-replenishing drugs,attached great importance to the use of damp-clearing drugs,and used attack method with its specific efficacy and strong effect For patients with long-term diarrhea,he also added astringent drugs.
