The Clinical Study Of Vertigo About Professor Zhang Huailiang’s Experience In The Application Of Zhang Jingyue’s “the Dizziness Caused By Debility”

Zhang Jingyue,the physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ming Danysty,combining the former theories with his own long-term clinical experience,put forward an important traditional Chinese medical theory that the dizziness is caused by debility.Under the guidance of this theory,this article collected the clinical cases treated by Professor Zhang Huailiang and not only summarized Professor Zhang’s academic idea that treating dizziness should start by treating debility but also guide clinical treatment by studying his academic papers,academic conference speech papers,scientific research achievements and the face to face teaching as well.This article will be divided into three parts.The first part will reveal how does Zhang Jingyue’s important traditional Chinese medical theory that the dizziness is caused by debility developed and make a better understanding of this theory by researching how does <Nei Jing>,and physicians of traditional Chinese medicine Zhu Liuxi,Liu hejian,Yan Yonghe,Yang Renzhai,Liu Zonghou affected Zhang Jingyue’s theory and how does Zhang critically inherit and develop the former theories.The second part will study Zhang Jingyue’s medical thesis and the theoretical basis of his idea.To understand the quintessence of Zhang’s theory,this article collected Zhang’s academic works such as<Jingyue Quanshu>,<Lei Jing>,<Leijing Fuyi><Leijing Tuyi><Zhiyi lu> which contain the theory that the dizziness is caused by debility and classified this theory by domains of yin-yang,exterior and interior,Energy and blood,and the entrails as well.The third part will guide and develop the clinical practice of treating deficiency syndrome of vertigo by generalizing clinical experiences and summarizing the rule treatment based on deficiency syndrome of vertigo presented by Professor Zhang Huailiang as well as summarizing how does Professor Zhang Huailiang applied and promoted Zhang Jingyue’s theory by the way of expanding expand dialectical points,improving the treatment rules based on syndrome differentiation,and refining syndrome differentiation of TCM.
