Objectives Objective(1)To understand the blood pressure management activities of hypertension patients in some rural areas of Anhui Province and explore the influencing factors;(2)to understand the current situation of family members’ participation in the above blood pressure management activities and explore the influencing factors;(3)to understand the problems existing in family members’ participation in blood pressure management activities;(4)based on artificial intelligence technology,to propose the personality of family members’ participation in blood pressure management The key elements and core mechanisms needed for the design of the intervention program. Methods The method of random cluster sampling was used to select the respondents, and the self-designed structured questionnaire was used to investigate the respondents, and some patients and their families were selected for in-depth qualitative interviews.Adopt epidata3.1 double input mode to input the data collected from the questionnaire, and use Microsoft Excel 2010 And spss19.0 for data analysis;qualitative interview data using datafocus software for word cloud analysis, using NVivo 11.0 qualitative analysis software for node coding and correlation analysis;data analysis includes the following aspects:(1)description of socio demographic characteristics;(2)description of the current situation of self-management activities of patients with high blood pressure;(3)the current situation of family members participating in blood pressure management activities Description of symptoms;(4)single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis of hypertension self-management activities;(5)single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis of family members’ participation in blood pressure management activities;(6)induction of family members’ participation and common practices;(7)summary of main problems encountered in family members’ participation in blood pressure management activities.Results(1)In the quantitative analysis part of this study,261 patients were investigated. After eliminating the invalid questionnaire,248 hypertension patients were included. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 95.0%,including 117(47.2%)males and 131(52.8%)females,with an average age of(65.50 ± 10.69)years.The mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(154.98 ± 20.07)mm Hg and(90.45 ± 12.55)mm Hg,respectively. The control rate of blood pressure was 22.2% and the drug taking rate was 88.3%.In the qualitative analysis part of this study,40 patients were interviewed and 16 family members were interviewed.Among them,16 were male and 24 were female, with an average age of(64.60 ± 6.13)years.Among the family members who participated in the qualitative interview,8 were male and 8 were female, with an average age of(58.00 ± 18.13);(3)in the self-management activities of hypertension patients, the most common behaviors were "eat less fat" and "exercise more",with a frequency of 65.7% and 50.8% respectively;(4)in the blood pressure management activities, the most common behaviors of family members were "try to help them eat more vegetables" and The frequency of "family members try to help monitor and measure blood pressure and regular physical examination" is 66.1% and 61.7% respectively;(5)the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis show that the main factors influencing patients’ self blood pressure management are gender [or = 0.44,95% CI(0.24,0.80)],tinnitus [or = 0.41,95% CI(0.22,0.73)],coronary heart disease [or = 0.46,95% CI(0.22,0.51)],myocardial infarction [or = 0.21],95% CI(0.04,0.70),whether your family knows that you have high blood pressure [or = 0.07,95% CI(0.01,0.64)],family members’ participation degree [poor: or = 0.17,95% CI(0.08,0.32);general: or = 0.29,95% CI(0.15,0.47)];(6)multi factor logistic regression analysis shows that the main factor affecting family members’ participation in blood pressure management is whether the patient has angina [or = 0.34,95%CI(-2.16,-0.02),whether the patient has the experience of living outside in the last year [or = 1.54,95%CI(1.23,1.89)].(7)The main participants of the family members were the patients’ spouses. Most of the patients’ family members expressed their concern about their family’s blood pressure. Some family members thought that their children were more worried than their old partners. There are also some problems in the process of family participation, such as: 1)the lack of common hypertension prevention and control knowledge;2)the patients are far away from their families;3)some families and patients cannot establish harmonious and effective communication;4)some patients and their families think that "family members participate in blood pressure management" is useless;(8)to control salt, eat more vegetables, eat more fruits, eat more coarse grains / miscellaneous Based on the framework of 13 target behaviors, including grain, controlling staple food / fat, doing more physical activities, controlling smoking, drinking, monitoring blood pressure and regular physical examination, using antihypertensive drugs correctly, controlling insomnia, regulating emotions and increasing knowledge of hypertension prevention and control, the intervention content database of family members participating in blood pressure management activities was developed.Conclusions(1)In rural areas of Jieshou City,Anhui Province, the treatment and control effect of hypertension patients is not ideal;(2)patients’ self-management behavior is generally related to gender, whether they often have tinnitus, whether they have coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, whether their families know that you have high blood pressure and the degree of family members’ participation;(3)family members’ participation in blood pressure management behavior is generally poor, and Whether the patients have angina pectoris or not and whether they have lived outside in the past year are related;(4)the main participants of the family members are the patients’ spouses, and they also encounter problems in distance, knowledge awareness, participation attitude, communication and other aspects in the process of family participation;(5)based on the results of previous studies, the intervention content database and individual of hypertension family members’ participation in blood pressure management were designed intervention mechanism to improve the participation of family members and the effect of participation.
