| Objective:Objective: Study the clinical effect of treating patients with recurrent abortion with gushen yangtai soup combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium.Methods:In this study,64 cases of early pregnancy with recurrent abortion characterized by kidney deficiency and blood stasis due to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research object from July 2018 to July 2019.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group,with 32 people in each group.Blood and color Dopplerultrasound were performed in the two groups,and follow-up and parameter records were made.Serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin,estradiol and progesterone were compared and analyzed between the two groups within 5-8weeks of pregnancy.The thromboelastic map,d-dimer and uterine arterial blood flow were compared at 7,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.And the gestational status of the two groups at 12 weeks.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the basic conditions before treatment and the score of TCM symptoms(P>0.05).2.Two groups of patients with pregnancy 5-8 weeks beta h CG,serum estradiol has significant difference,(P < 0.05),the treatment group patients with 5,6,7,8 weeks of beta h CG,serum estradiol levels is growing fast,and significantly higher than the control group;There was no significant difference in progesterone between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,at 7 weeks of gestation,there was no significant difference in TEG and d-dimer between the two groups(P>0.05).At 8 weeks and 12 weeks of gestation,there were significant differences in TEG and d-dimer between the two groups(P<0.05).At 8 weeks,the MA value of TEG,P<0.05,was significantly different.At 12 weeks,MA value and R value were significantly different,P<0.05,and R value were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,MA value was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and d-dimer was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.After treatment,the uterine arterial blood resistance index(RI),arterial blood pulse index(PI),and the ratio of systolic peak velocity to end-diastolic velocity(S/D)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>,0.05),and there was significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.4.Pregnancy outcomes of the two groups: in the treatment group,there were 25 cases of successful pregnancy and 7 cases of second abortion,and the rate of second abortion was21.9%.In the control group,there were 20 cases of successful pregnancy and 12 cases of second abortion,and the rate of second abortion was 37.5%.Conclusions:1.Gushen yangtai soup combined with LMWH could improve serum serum levels of-hcg and estradiol in early pregnancy,with little effect on progesterone.2.The combination of gushenyangtai soup decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium can promote the growth and development of fetus in early pregnancy.3.The combination of gushenyangtai soup decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent abortion can improve the coagulation status,inhibit thrombosis,and improve the blood flow of uterine artery in patients with repeated spontaneous abortion;4.The treatment of recurrent abortion with the combination of gushen yangtai soup decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium can significantly increase the successful outcome of pregnancy.Therefore,the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis recurrent abortion with the combination of gushenyangtai soup decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium is obviously superior to the treatment with simple low molecular weight heparin sodium in terms of pregnancy progression,blood coagulation function improvement,and pregnancy outcome. |
