Study On The Value Of The 2018 Version Of The Expert Consensus Emergency Pre-examination Triage Classification Standard For The Prognostic Evaluation Of Critically Ill Patients In Emergency

Objective: Evaluate the prognostic value of the 2018 version of the emergency consensus pre-trial classification standard for critically ill patients,by comparing the 2018 emergency consensus pre-test triage classification standard(new pre-test triage standard)with the acute physiology and chronic health status score ?(APACHE? score).Methods: The 211 patients admitted to the emergency room of the emergency department were evaluated by the 2018 version of the expert consensus emergency pretest triage classification standard and APAC HE? score evaluation.The mortality of patients with different assessment methods was analyzed,the correlation between the two assessment methods was compared,and the accuracy of prognosis was compared by comparing the area under the ROC curve with the two assessment methods.Result: The higher the level of the 2018 emergency pre examination triage classification standard and the higher the APACHE? score,the more serious the patient's condition is,the higher the probability of receiving ICU or emergency ICU(ICU or EIC U or CCU),and the higher the risk of death;The correlation between the two scores leads to the consistency between them;In terms of emergency treatment,income to IC U,and the ability to distinguish prognosis prediction performance,the area under ROC curve and 95% confidence interval of the 2018 version of emergency pre examination triage classification standard and APACHE? score to evaluate the prognosis of patients are respectively 0.788(0.715-0.861),0.775(0.697-0.853);0.722(0.633-0.810),0.641(0.551-0.731);0.809(0.741-0.876),0.817(0.758-0.877).Conclusion: Both of the two scoring systems can effectively judge the critical degree of critical patients in the emergency department and effectively predict t he severity of the patient's condition,outcome and prognosis of patients.The prediction accuracy of 2018 emergency pre examination triage classification standard(new pre-test triage standard)is higher than APAC HE? score.In emergency work,2018 emergency pre examination triage classification standard is faster and simpler.
