| Objective:Develop a questionnaire for self-management ability of patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy with good reliability,validity and practicability;use the developed questionnaire to investigate the status of self-management ability of patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy;Related factors of self-management ability.Methods:Comprehensive use of qualitative research semi-structured in-depth interview method and quantitative research questionnaire survey method.Define the concept of self-management ability of patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy through literature review.Semi-structured interview with 12 patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy.Combine the semi-structured interview and literature review to explore the dimensions and items of the questionnaire;through experts Evaluation and patient evaluation,preliminary screening of the self-management ability questionnaire,and formation of an initial questionnaire for self-management ability of patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy.Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 203 patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy were selected from the ophthalmology ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University for questionnaire survey.The items were re-screened by item analysis,and the internal consistency Cronbach coefficient and retest information The reliability of the questionnaire was tested using the content validity(S-CVI \ I-CVI),structural validity(factor analysis),and correlation validity of the school mark.The measurement tools used in the questionnaire survey included self-designed general data questionnaires(demographic data and disease-related data of the respondents),questionnaires for self-management ability of patients with diabetic eye disease after vitrectomy,and self-rating anxiety scale.The demographic and disease-related data of the study subjects,the factors affecting the self-management ability of patients after vitrectomy and the self-management ability of patients after vitrectomy.Use SPSS20.0 software for data entry and statistical analysis.Means,standard deviations,and composition ratios were used to describe the patient’s basic data and self-management ability;t-test,analysis of variance,and multiple stepwise regression were used to explore the influencing factors of patients’ self-management ability after vitrectomy.Results : 1.Formation of initial questionnaire : Through literature review and semi-structured interviews,an initial questionnaire was formed,which consisted of 26 items,including four dimensions: disease information management,life management,diet activity management and disease treatment management.2.Selection of self-management ability questionnaire items and its reliability and validity in patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy :there are 3 items whose decision value is less than 3,1 item whose correlation coefficient is less than 0.3,and 4 items are deleted in combination with the content of items.validity(1)surface validity and content validity:the total content validity index(s-cvi)of the questionnaire is 0.910,and the content validity index(i-cvi)of each item is 0.80-1.00.The content of the questionnaire is appropriate,comprehensive and accurate.(2)structure validity: there was significant correlation between all dimensions and between all dimensions and the total questionnaire(P Basically the same.(3)correlation validity: the correlation coefficient between anxiety self-assessment scale and self-management ability questionnaire was-0.771(P < 0.05).reliability(1)internal consistency reliability: the Cronbach coefficient of the total questionnaire internal consistency reliability is 0.858,and the Cronbach coefficient of each dimension internal consistency reliability is 0.680-0.796.(2)retest reliability: the retest correlation coefficient of the total score of the self-management ability questionnaire of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy was 0.994,and the retest correlation coefficient of the total score of each dimension was 0.990-0.999(P < 0.05).(3)split half reliability: 0.718.2.The status quo of self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy: A total of 203 questionnaires were issued,and 203 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 100%.Among them,108 were female,96 were male,and the average age was51.67 ± 15.77 years.22.66% of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy had a high level of self-management ability,29.06% had a medium level of self-management ability,48.28%had a low level of self-management ability.3.Influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy: The single factor analysis of the self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy showed that age,nationality,education level,marital status,monthly family income,whether they had other diabetic complications,whether they had secondarysurgery had a statistically significant effect on the self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy(P < 0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy was affected by the second operation and education level(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The self-management ability questionnaire for patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy has good reliability and validity.It can objectively and effectively reflect the self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy.It can be used to evaluate the self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy.The questionnaire has good practicability.2.The scores of self-management ability of most patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy are in the middle and low level.3.Whether to perform secondary surgery and education level are the influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy after vitrectomy.In clinical nursing work,nurses should carry out appropriate health
