| Objective: to retrospectively analyze the applied effect of iASSIST navigatiom system assisted total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of overweight people with osteoarthritis.Method: A total of 45 overweight patients(56 knees)from May 2016 to November 2017 in China Medical University affliated first hospital were reteospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into tiASSIST group and traditional group ac cording to whether they were using 45 iASSIST navigatiom system.The iASSIST group included 25 patients(6 males and 19 females)with an average age of 66.65±1.24.The traditional group included 20 patients(5 males and 15 females)with an average age of 63.51±1.58.There was no significant difference in preoperative age,gender,preoperative BMI,hemoglobin and lower limb alignment between the two groups(P>0.05).The iASSIST group used iASSIST navigatiom system to assist the TKA.The traditional group applied the traditional TKA method.The value of hip knee angle(HKA),frontal femoral component(FFC),frontal tibial component(FT C),lateal femoral flexion(LFF),lateal tibial component(LTC)which was compared with ideal value had been calculated after operation by taking X-ray images.The operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,Hb,KSS score,VAS score were recorded.Analytical iASSIST navigation systems have advantages over traditional techniques in accurate lower limb alignment,precise prosthesis location and faster prooperatimnal recovery.Results: The operation time of the iASSIST group was 88.89±5.81 min.The operation time of the traditional group was 81.12±4.35 min.The length of the incision in the iASSIST group was 18.09±2.96 cm.The length of the incision in the traditional group was 15.36±3.70 cm.The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the iASSIST group was 102.20±10.43 ml.The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the traditional group was 165.41±20.95 ml.The amount of postoperative drainage of the iASSIST group was 218.73±36.38 ml.The amount of postoperative drainage of the traditional group was 290.04±28.54 ml.The error value of HKA,FFC,FTC,LFF,LTC in iASSIST group was lower than traditional group(P<0.05).The amount of hemoglobin of the iASSIST group which was examined one day after operation was 126.31±5.12g/L.The amount of hemoglobin of the traditional group which was examined one day after operation was 131.76±3.37g/L.The KSS at half year postope rative of the iASSIST group were 81.70±5.69 in function and 85.41±2.18 in medical.The KSS at half year postoperative of the traditional group were 76.75±4.68 in function and 80.17±4.26 in medical.The VAS score at 1 month postoperative of the iASSIST group was 2.15±1.24.The VAS score at 1 month postoperative of the iASSIST group was 3.04±1.27.The error value of HKA,FFC,FTC,LFF,LTC in iAssist group was lower than traditional group by measuring the knee joints Xrays and double lower limb X-rays which were taken after the operation.The app lication of iASSIST navigatiom system assisted total knee arthroplasty in the treat ment of overweight people with osteoarthritis can achieved accurater lower limb a lignment,preciser prosthesis location and faster prooperatimnal recovery than traditional techniques,which was statiscally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of iASSIST navigatiom system assisted total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of overweight people with osteoarthritis can achieved more satisfied clinical effects compared with traditional techniques. |
