The Genetic Study Of Ying Wei Theory

Purpose: Comprehensively research and systematically clarify the contents of the theory of ying wei in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,reveal the trajectory and law of the occurrence,development and evolution of the theory of ying wei,and explore the construction concepts and ideas of the theory of ying wei,and promote the understanding of the theory of ying wei,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of ying wei disorder related to disease.Method:(1)Philology method: Using the method of philology,in the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics Dictionary",retrieves the contents of the "the theory of ying wei " in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,carefully study the original text,sorts out the contents of the " theory of ying wei" in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and summarizes the concepts of "ying qi" and "wei qi",the functions of "ying qi" and "wei qi",and the route of "ying qi" and "wei qi".(2)Genetic method: Using genetic research method of traditional Chinese medicine,puts the theory of ying wei under the specific historical environment and background of its occurrence and development,and makes a comprehensive dynamic observation,and systematically explores the creation and evolution process of ying and wei theory from multiple perspectives,such as life experience,medical practice,ancient science and technology,traditional philosophy,and genetic theory of characters.To make an objective and tangible interpretation of the basic concepts,basic viewpoints and basic theories of the theory of ying wei in the initial period,and do everything possible to make the theory of ying wei return to the original expression,trace the source and clear the evolution.(3)Logic method: Using the logic method,reasoning about the day and night running law of ying qi and wei qi,the relationship between the operation of the celestial body,the number of breaths,the pulse to the length of the gas of the camp,and the number of weeks.Compare and classify the contents of the theory of ying wei in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,and finally analyze from different aspects(such as life,medical practice,philosophy,etc.)and comprehensively clarify the formation process of the theory of ying wei.Results: The characters of "ying","rong" and "wei" appeared in early ancient China,as well as the anatomical findings of "blood","vein" and "meridians" laid an important foundation for the creation of the theory of "ying wei".The understanding of life phenomena(such as "breathing" and "sleep")is the premise of the formation of yingwei theory.The medical practice of acupuncture for qi and blood pricking is an important guarantee for the formation of ying wei theory.Astronomy,military and other ancient science and technology penetration and inspiration,enriched and developed the theory of ying wei;The philosophy of yin-yang,won-daoism,and the correspondence between heaven and man has exerted a profound influence on the theory of ying wei.Conclusion: There are two ways for the emergence of ying wei’s theory: endogenous and exogenous.Among them,clinical practice,anatomical knowledge and understanding of life phenomena are all the endogenous ways for ancient medical scholars to have a direct understanding of medical theories from various practices.The twenty-eight stars in ancient astronomy,the "barracks" and "garrison" in military science,as well as the theory of the unity of heaven and man,the doctrine of the won,and the theory of Yin and Yang are all disciplines other than medicine,which belong to exogenous approaches.Therefore,the emergence of the theory of ying wei has both the promotion of internal practical experience and the transplantation of external ideas.
