Genetic Research About Acupoints Theory In Inner Canon Of Huangdi

Purpose：To do a comprehensive and systematical research about acupoints inInner Canon of Huangdi to reveal the trail and regularity of the occurrence，the development and evolution of Acupoint Theory， to explore the notionestablishment and connotation of Acupoint Theory， and to promote theunsderstanding of Acupoint Theory or even the whole system of TCM Theory.Method：With research methods about occurrence theory of TCM，get the dynamicobservation with the method letting acupoint theory trace back to specifichistorical circumstances and the context，in order to develop it，whilesystematically find the publish and process of the acupoints theory from medicalpractice， ancient philosophy， sociology， historical philology， culturalstudiesand philology. Make objective and accurate annotation through theoccurrence and evolution of basic concepts of acupoints theory，basic viewpoints，and basic theory，try best to let the expression back to the basic，get the rightmeaning and the proper development.Results：1. The Inner Canon of Huangdi recorded173points and the locations of123pointshas been noted.125points of173acupoints recorded meridian distribution. Inaddition，27acupoints related to ancient names，which mainly treated more than40kinds of diseases.2. Ancient Chinese characters are not only the fountainhead of ancient culture，but also of the acupoint theory creation；Application of piercing stone and bonestone，the discovery and usage of fire laid the foundation for acupuncture andmoxibustion medicine；Simple and plain ancient anatomy is the foundation andthe guide of Acupoint Theory；Extensive and penetrating observation is the considerable foundation of Acupoint Theory；The repetitive practice and proofingin medical activities like stone piercing and massage is the origin of the conceptof acupoint；Acupoint Theory system was enriched and developed thanks toastronomy，meteorology，mathematics，military，and etc；Philosophy ideas asYin-Yan，Wu-xing，Qi，harmony between human and nature is in all aspect ofacupuncture and moxibustion，and is an important factor of formation of meridianand acupoint theories.3. The occurrence and development of acupoints can be roughly divided into threestages：The first stage: from nonexistence to pass into existence，“taking hurtpoint as the acupoint”——“bud”or“rudiment” of acupoints. The second stage:from less to more，——acupoints “sure down”, formate the concept of “Qi-acupoint”. The third stage: the theory sublimates——“meridian point” occurs.The theory of acupoints integrated from fragment, scattered to the system.Conclusion：1. Genology factors of Acupoint Theory include medical practices，anatomyknowledge，social and living practice，ancient science and technology，psychologyfactor，philosophy meditation，and etc.2. Acupoint Theory grew as “Acupoint”→“Qi Acupoint”→Meridian“Meridian Acupoint”. It emerged，developed，and regulized.3. The emerge of the“Nine Needles”is a milestone of acupuncture developmentand a prerequisite of“Meridian Acupoint”and“Meridian”.4. The inner contradiction of medicine is the contradiction between medicalpractice and the need of medical development. The contradiction is brought theconcept“meridian”about and developed the concept of“Meridian Acupoint”.5.Determination of acupoints and meridians line confirmation played acomplementary role6.Acupoint is not unmovable. Acupoint has the salient features as individuality，dynamic and uncertainty.
