Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Chaihu Guizhiganjiang Decoction

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of chai hu GUI zhi gan jiang decoction in the treatment of Irritable bowel syndrome(ibs-d).Methods: the clinical observation by treatment group and control group comparison method,select meet eligibility criteria for the diagnosis of patients with 60 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each treatment group taking wood Hu Gui branches ginger soup to add and subtract,the control group taking plum pill treatment,the total course of 4 weeks,after the treatment were observed before and after the treatment group and control group total score of syndromes,TCM syndrome single integral,IBS-SSS scores,and statistical analysis,evaluation of wood Hu Gui branches type in a word,"fever" ginger soup to add and subtract treatment effectiveness of IBS-D.Results: after 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect and total effective rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of single score of TCM syndromes,the score of each symptom in the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the score of symptoms after treatment was also lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment.In terms of the efficacy of ibs-sss,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction has good curative effect in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(chaihugui zhigan jiangtang),and the group of chaihugui zhigan jiangtang is better than the group of wumei pills.
