Objective:To explore the effect of swallowing training on swallowing function and rehabilitation prognosis of stroke patients with dysphagia in community Methods:Eighty stroke patients with dysphagia who were admitted to the community center from February 2017 to January 2018 were included and divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention methods for dysphagia, with 50 cases and 30 cases in the two group respectively. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing and swallowing rehabilitation nursing and guidance. The observation group was given standardized community swallowing rehabilitation training on the basis of the rehabilitation for the control group, and the two group was observed for 3 months. The swallowing function was evaluated by feeding and bucking situtation. The incidence of pneumonia was recorded, the nutritional status was evaluated by the detection of albumin and prealbumin, and the activity of daily living was assessed by Barthel score. The swallowing function, incidence of pneumonia, nutritional status, and activities of daily living of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of the swallowing rehabilitation in the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group(P<0.05).The lung infection rate of the observation group was 0.0% and was significantly lower than 13.3% of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum albumin and prealbumin in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group showed significantly higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had significantly higher score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing training intervention can improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with dysphagia in community, reduce the incidence of pneumonia, improve the nutritional status of the body, and enhance the daily living ability of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application in the community.
