| 1.Research purpose and meaningWith the change of industrialization and urbanization,disease spectrum and lifestyle,healthy form of the elderly population in our country is facing new challenges.The development of aging speed up,the proportion of the prevalence and the disabled of elderly is gradually increasing.People are facing a great challenge in demand for old-age service.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment has its inexpensive,safe and effective and other advantages and features which meet older people's growing health needs,and received more and more attention to the community.Therefore,in order to better cope with an aging population,accelerating the construction of health China,giving comprehensive protection to people's health,the State proposed the development of Chinese medicine health care services.However,demand is the basis of utilization what are the elderly's needs for TCM health care services,and how much demand is unknown.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of TCM health services,ensure health,It is of great practical value to carry out research on the demand for TCM health and aged care services.Found in study,in the current research,the content of the demand for TCM health care services is inconsistent,the evaluation indicators are scattered,the selection is subjective,and the research scope is small.Therefore,there are still some differences about the conclusions that are on the size and specific content of the demand for TCM health care services.Clarify the basic connotation and concept of the demand for TCM health and aged care services,And based on multi-disciplinary theories and methods such as health service demand theory and Anderson's model as for conceptual basis,TCM health and aged care service demand indicator system was constructed,and an empirical analysis using the indicator system was helpful.It is good for grasping the content of the elderly's demand for TCM health and aged care services,analyzing the size of the demand and the influencing factors,and providing support for improving the quality of life of the elderly,and unlocking pension consumption potential.2.Materials and MethodsFirst of all,guided by the theory of supply and demand of health services and the theory of the Anderson model system,the methods of literature review,logical reasoning,and interviews were used to help sort out the relevant content of the "demand for health care services in traditional Chinese medicine",and then clarify the demand indicators for old-aged health care services in traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to evaluate and revise the index system,to initially construct an index system for the demand for TCM health and old-age care services,then prepared a questionnaire.The multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to conduct an empirical survey on the elderly in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province,Jiangxi Province and Jiangsu Province,then analyze the survey result.The statistical data used in the research are mainly from the January 2020 survey on the demand for health and old-aged services of traditional Chinese medicine,and the literature is mainly derived from the CNKI literature database.3.Research Result(1)It defined the content needs of health care services Traditional Chinese Medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine health care refers to the use of traditional Chinese medicine(national medicine)concepts,methods and technologies to provide the elderly with continuous health care and medical services for the physical and mental health,preventing disease,improving physical fitness,diagnose and treat diseases,and improving health.In the process of combining with the service process of health services in the health industry classification,TCM health care services should cover disease prevention,health management,disease treatment,health maintenance,and care services.Based on this,the content of the demand for TCM health and pension services mainly includes TCM medical services,health management and promotion services,and extended services.(2)It established an evaluation index system for the demand for TCM health and aged care services.Based on the content of the demand for TCM health and aged care services,and in accordance with the principles of "scientific and reasonable,comprehensive,clear,feasible,simple and easy to implement",The expert consultation method has been used to establish the index system for the demand for TCM health and aged care services,After two rounds of expert consultation,the experts have a high degree of coordination of the importance of the indicators and operability,and the results are credible including 3 3 primary indicators,6 secondary indicators,13 tertiary indicators.The connotation of each indicator was clarified.(3)It analyzed the current status and influencing factors of the demand for TCM old-aged health services.Based on the survey results of empirical investigations,using statistical software such as excel,SPSS,etc.This paper analyzes the demand of 1237 rural elderly people in Shaanxi Province,Jiangxi Province,and Jiangsu Province for various types of TCM services for health care and the main influencing factors of demand.The results show a greater demand for Chinese medicine services for the old-aged services,including the treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medical service demand(39.2%),disease care(31.6%),disease prevention(26.7%),and so on;and the promotion of health management services to health care(28%),in Medical and health education(32.6%),etc.;extended services of TCM medicine guidance(38.3%),and introduction of TCM medical resources(30.2%),etc.And through Chi-square test analysis,In terms of TCM medical services,the main factors affecting the elderly's demand for TCM services are are province(P=0.00),expenditure(P=0.004)and so on;In terms of health management and demand for services are province(P=0.00),income(P=0.002)?Chinese medicine knowledge bulletin board(p=0.00);In terms of extended service needs are geneder(p=0.032)?distance to nearest medical institution(P=0.001).4.Conclusion of ResearchBy sorting out the concepts,it clarified the relevant concepts and contents of the demand for TCM health and aged care services.Using literature research,Delphi and other methods,the indicators for the demand for health and aged care services in traditional Chinese medicine were screened,and an index system reflecting the status of demand for health and aged care services in traditional Chinese medicine was constructed.Through empirical investigations,it is found that the elderly in the rural areas have higher trust in TCM services and willingness to seek medical treatment,and have greater demand.There is little difference in the need to use Chinese medicine services for disease treatment,rehabilitation care,and disease prevention.In terms of health management and demand for services,respondents have greater needs for health care and health education,and have lower needs for health psychological counseling and TCM physical identification,In terms of extended service needs,the respondent needs have little difference.The main influencing factors for respondents' acceptance of TCM health and pension services are provinces,income,whether they live with their children,and the distance to the nearest medical institution.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine health and elderly care services have great potential in rural areas.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine services should be brought into full play,the content of traditional Chinese medicine health and elderly care services needs to be expanded,and the growing health needs of the elderly should be met.Benefit the advantages of TCM services to the masses. |
