The Research On Occupational Health Supervision In Anshan Economic Development Zone

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for physical health becomes more and more intense,especially for the influence brought by working conditions and working environment,which requires all regional departments must pay great attention to occupational health supervision.In China,supervise on occupational health wasn’t started until recently.Current management level still remains unsatisfied due to rapid economy development which caused by industrial complexity,diversification of raw materials and diversification of production facilities,although government invested a lot of energy and resource in recent years.This phenomenon is more prominent especially in various development zones,high-tech zones,industrial parks and other enterprises concentrated areas.Take the occupational health supervision work in Anshan Economic Development Zone for example,there are issues such as dense businesses,diverse industries,numerous workers and complex production processes on one hand.On the other hand,there is this particularity of the incompleteness of the occupational health law enforcement qualification,which reveals some problems and shortcomings of the occupational health supervision work in the Development Zone.For example,it is difficult to supervise and rectify through supervision work,and the inability to fully supervise the enterprises in Development Zone,equipment shortage,and the ineffective implementation of campaign and education work in the area.This paper analyzes on a detailed level through reading a lot of documents regarding those issues,and proposed a series of specific methods "to further expand the commissioned law enforcement authority,improve law enforcement capability,improve supervision model,upgrade equipment and inspect infrastructure equipment,strengthen campaign and education work."Therefore,the significance of this research is to provide some feasible proposal to improve the occupational health supervision work in Anshan Economic Development Zone.
