| Objective:Taking the patients with COPD as the research object, the cognitive function, blood routine test, blood gas analysis, blood lipid,C-reactive protein and apolipoprotein E genotype were tested,to explore the factors related to cognitive impairment and the relationship between cognitive function and apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism in COPD.Materials and methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,102 COPD patients and 60 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group. The sex and age of the control group matched the COPD group. The general data of all subjects were collected and assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).Blood routine test, blood gas analysis, blood lipid level and C-reactive protein were detected.Apolipoprotein E genotypes were randomly detected in 30 COPD patients and 30 healthy volunteers. All the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 24,and the design significance level was 0.05.Results:1.MOCA score of COPD group was lower than that of healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The cognitive domains of naming, delayed memory and orientation in COPD group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was a correlation between the age of COPD group and the MOCA score(P<0.01),and the older the COPD group, the lower the MOCA score, showing a negative correlation.2.ApoAl of COPD group was lower than that of healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,LP(a),apoB between COPD group and control group(P>0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between ApoA1 and MOCA score in COPD group(P<0.01).3.The difference of leukocyte value between COPD group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in CRP between COPD group and control group(P<0.01).CRP of COPD was negatively correlated with MOCA score(P<0.01).4.PaO2of COPD was positively correlated with MOCA score(P<0.01),while PaCO2 was negatively correlated with MOCA score(P<0.01).5.There was no significant difference in MOCA score between COPDε4+group and COPDε4-group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in MOCA score between healthy ε4+group and healthy ε4-group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.COPD patients have cognitive impairment, mainly in naming, memory, orientation and so on.2.The cognitive function of COPD is related to smoking,age,CRP,ApoAl,PaO2 and PaCO2.3.APOE 4 allele had no significant effect on the cognitive function of COPD. |
