Objective:The chemical constituents of three medicinal plants,Pleione bulboco-dioides(Franch.)Rolfe,Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum,and Liparis viridiflora,were studied.Methods:Isolation and Purification:silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20Structure identification:NMR、HR-ESI-MS,IR and UV.Results:Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch.)Rolfe:twelve compounds were isolat-ed from the ethanol portion of Pleione,including 4-methoxy-2,7-dihydroxyphena-nthrene(1)、(8R)-4,5’-dihydroxy-8-hydroxymehtyl-3’-methoxydeoxybenzoin(2)、4,7-dihydroxy-2-m-ethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(3)、2-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-phenanthrene(4)、Ursolic acid(5)、β-sitosterol(6)、2-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthr-ene(7)、4-(Benzofuranyl)phenol(8)、7-methoxy-2,4-dihydr-oxyphenanthrene(9)、coelonin(10)、HO(CH2)27 CH3(11)and 4-dimethoxy benzaldehyde(12).Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum:six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acet-ate portion of Bulbophyllum,including gigantol(1)、4,7-dihydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyd-iphenanthr-ene(2)、2,6-dihydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(3)、3,5-dimetho-xy-2,7-dihydroxyphenanthrene(4)、3,3’-dihydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl(5)and β-s-itosterol(6).Liparis viridiflora:fourteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion of Liparis viridiflora,including gigantol(1)、2,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxyp hen-anthrene(2)、3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(3)、2,5-dihydroxy-4-met-hoxyphenanthrene(4)、β-sitosterol(5)、3,5,3’-trihydroxybibenzyl(6)、3,3-di hydr-oxy-5-methoxybibenzyl(7)、Dibutyl phthalate(8)、3,5-dimethoxy-2,7-dihy droxyphenanthrene(9)、3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(10)、2,7-dihydroxy-4-dimetho xy-9,10-dihydoxyph-enanthrene(11)、stigmasterol(12)、vanillic acid(13)、4,7-di hydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(14).Conclusion:A total of 32 compounds were isolated from the three medicinalpl ants.The main types of isolated compounds are phenanrenes、bibenzyls.In this paper,12 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion of Pleionebul bocodioides(Franch.)Rolfe,and compounds 2,8 and 11 were isolated from the plant for the first time;6 compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate of Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum,and compounds 2,3 and 4 were isolated from the plant for the first time;14 compounds were isolated and ide ntified from the ethanol part of Liparis viridiflora,and compounds 1-3 and 5-14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Carrying out a comprehensiv e and systematic study on the chemical composition of the three medicinal pla nts provides a basis for the later studies on the biological activity of these plants and provides a basis for the rational development and utilization of orchid plant resources.
