| Objective:To investigate the feasibility of two-source CT prospective ECG adaptive technique for coronary artery CTA and cardiac function evaluation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:The total number of patients with suspected coronary heart disease in our hospital was 124 CCTA examination,CT cardiac function evaluation and cardiac ultrasound examination were performed at the same time.To evaluate the image quality of coronary vessels including left aorta(Left main coronary artery,LM),left anterior descending branch(Left anterior descending branch,LAD),left recurrent branch(Left circumflex,LCX)and right coronary artery(Right coronary artery,RCA),and the extent of stenosis of the lesion and scope.Left ventricular function measurements included left ventricular end-diastolic volume(left ventricular end diastolic volume.LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(left ventricular end systolic volume,LVESV),left ventricular stroke output(left ventricular stroke volume,LVSV),left ventricular ejection fraction(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF).the consistency analysis of coronary image quality score;the comparison and statistical analysis of cardiac function parameters obtained by second-generation dual-source CT prospective adaptive ecgated technique and echocardiography;the paired t test of second-generation dual-source CT prospective adaptive ecgated technique and corrected left ventricular parameters of echocardiography;and the variance analysis of cardiac function parameters between normal and coronary groups.Results:124 participants,44 with normal coronary artery,32 with mild coronary artery stenosis,25 with moderate stenosis and 23 with severe stenosis.(1)The coronary angiography images of 124 participants were scored by two physicians with good consistency(Kappa=0.827,p<0.001).(2)There was no statistical difference in the LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV between the two methods for paired statistical analysis of dual-source CT prospective adaptive ECG gating technique and left ventricular function parameters measured by ultrasound(P<0.05).Forward-looking self-adaptation CT dual sources the left ventricular parameters of the echocardiography should be paired tested by electrocardiogram gating technique.there was no statistical difference LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV the two methods(P>0.05).The LVED V、LVSV and LVEF of coronary artery stenosis group were lower than those of normal group. There was no statistical difference between mild stenosis group and moderate and severe stenosis group(P<0.001).Conclusion:dual-source ct prospective adaptive ECG gating technique ccta combined with left ventricular functional imaging "one-stop" imaging, the resulting coronary angiography image quality meets the diagnostic criteria, the cardiac function evaluation in patients with severe coronary artery stenosis has good consistency, and the ct and m-type echocardiographic function parameters have good consistency.can become a new type of examination for patients with coronary heart disease. |
