Objects:1.To discuss the accuracy and feasibility in evaluating left ventricular systolic function,compared with the results measured by M-mode echocardiography(M-UCG)and2nd generation dual-source CT(2-DSCT)retrospective ECG-gating respectively.2.To investigate the feasibility of checking coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA)and evaluating left ventricular systolic function with low tube voltage(80kv),for the patient whose body mass index(BMI)is lower than 25kg/m2.Materials and methods:90 patients who check CCTA at our hospital are collected,which d-ivide into three groups(namely group1、group2 and group3),30 cases in each group.In group1,14 males(46.7 percent),age from 51 to 87,average age is(67.3±9.72)years old.In group2,men 15 cases(50 percent),age from 46 to 86,average is(68.07±9.04)years old.Prospective or retrospective ECG-gating,standard voltage(100kv),adaptive modulation of tube current and 30-85 or 0-100 percent of R-R interphase’s exposure range are used into group 1 and group 2 respectively.And two groups u-nderwent M-UCG at the same day.In group 3,16 males(53.5percert),age from 48 to 83,average is(68.13±8.88)years old.Prospective EC G-gating,low tube voltage(80kv),adaptive modulation of tube current and 30-85 percent of R-R interphase’s exposure range are used in group3.The original data of CCTA in group1 and 2 was reconstructed and loaded to the post-processing workstation with the Syngo.via to calculateleft ventricular systolic indicators which compared with the results thatmeasured by M-UCG respectively.At the same time,to analyze the cardiac function indicators which were measured by 2-DSCT prospective and retrospective ECG-gating and effective dose.Then to compare and s-tudy the image quality、coronary score and effective radiation dose in d-ifferent tube voltage of group 1 and 3.Results:1.The left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)measured by 2-DSCT prospective E CG-gating and retrospective ECG-gating are lower than the results measured by the M-UCG.And it has statistically significance(P<0.05).While the left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)have no statistically significance(P>0.05).It has a good re-lativity between the cardiac functions measured by 2-DSCT prospective or retrospective ECG-gating and M-UCG(P<0.001).However,among the LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV、LVEF which measured by 2-DSCT prospective ECG-gating and retrospective ECG-gating have no statistically signify-cance(P>0.05).The effective radiation dose is 2.08±0.42mSv、3.77±0.34 mSv,respectively.The former is 45 percent lower than the latter,which h-as a statistically significance(P<0.05).2.The results between standard tube voltage group(group 1)and low tubevoltage group(group 3): image noise、the effective radiation dose(2.08±0.42 mSv VS 1.56±0.28mSv)have a statistically significance(P<0.05).W hile the signal to noise ratio(SNR),contrast to noise ratio(CNR)and i-m age quality score have no statistically significance(χ2=0.610,P>0.05).Conclusions:1.2-DSCT prospective ECG-gating associated with low voltage exposed at 30%-85% of R-R interphase can evaluate left ventricular function a-nd coronary disease correctly at the same time.2.The radiation dose exposed by 2-DSCT prospective ECG-gating is lower than retrospective ECG-gating.And the low voltage associated with iterative reconstruction not only do not reduce the quality of coronary a-rtery image and obtain cardiac function data can,but also can lower radiation dose effectively.
