Objective:By observing the clinical treatment of acupuncture and acupuncture for the treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke respectively, the changes of the patient’s affected Fugl-meyer upper limb motor function score,VAS visual simulation score and shoulder subluxation AHI value were compared, and the use of acupuncture was discussed. The feasibility of clinical treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke,as well as the immediate,short-term and long-term efficacy of the clinical treatment effect of needle knife, provide the basis for the clinical treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke. Methods:Using a simple random grouping method,60 patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke collected by clinical treatment were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise treatment,The treatment group used acupuncture to treat the selected acupuncture points with the control group as fixed points. The control group used acupuncture needles to acupuncture the patients, shoulders and surrounding acupuncture points for 1 cycle for 4 days and 1 course for 7 days.Fugl-meyer upper extremity motor function score,VAS visual simulation score and shoulder subluxation AHI value were measured and recorded before treatment, after 1 day of treatment, after 4 courses of treatment and 3 month after treatment. After a follow-up of 3 month, the patients shoulder subluxation, pain on the affected side, and upper limb motor function were evaluated.Results:1.Before treatment, the age, sex, course, etiology, and side,FMA score,VAS score, and AHI value of the two groups of patients were statistically tested and analyzed, all of which were P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.2.After 1 day of treatment, the observation index scores of both groups improved.Compared with before treatment, the FMA score,VAS score and AHI value of the patients in the treatment group were statistically tested and all were P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The knife has a significant effect on the treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke, functional recovery of upper limbs, and pain caused by subluxation of shoulder joint after stroke.P>0.05,indicating that acupuncture has no immediate effect on the treatment of shoulder subluxation, upper limb dysfunction, and pain.3.After 4 courses of treatment, the FMA score of the two groups of patients increased significantly, and the VAS score and AHI value decreased significantly.Compared with the pre-treatment comparison, the FMA score,VAS score and AHI value of the two groups of patients were statistically tested by P<0.01,the difference was significant;compared between the groups, the three observation indicators were statistically tested by P<0.05,indicating that the needle knife and Acupuncture has definite curative effect on GHS,upper extremity motor function and pain after stroke, and the acupuncture treatment is better than acupuncture treatment. The short-term effect of knife treatment is better than acupuncture.4.Follow-up,re-examination 3 month after treatment and comparison with 4 courses of treatment,FMA score,VAS score and AHI value of the two groups of patients were statistically tested by P>0.05,no statistical significance, indicating that the end of treatment 3 month Internally, needle knife and acupuncture are used to treat GHS after stroke, improve upper limb motor function, and have long-term curative effect on pain.In comparison between groups,FMA score,VAS score, and AHI were statistically tested and obtained P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01,which were statistically significant. It shows that the long-term effect of acupuncture is better than acupuncture.5.After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,80.00%.After non-parametric test,P=0.007<0.05,the difference was significant, indicating that the effect of GHS after acupuncture treatment was better than acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture is better than acupuncture in treating shoulder subluxation after stroke.2.Acupuncture treatment is effective in improving the degree of shoulder subluxation of the upper extremity of the patient, the recovery of upper extremity motor function, the pain of shoulder subluxation after stroke, immediate and short-term effects, and the long-term effect is stable. |
