| ObjectiveThe purpose of the research is to observe the effect of Shenqi Yangfei Decoction on the clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophils and lung CT chronic bronchitis of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and lung qi,to evaluate its efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic bronchitis of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and lung qi,to further demonstrate the effectiveness of Shenqi Yangfei Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and lay the foundation for clinical application and promotion.MethodThe patients in this experiment come from the first outpatient department of pulmonary disease department of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital.60 cases of chronic bronchitis with deficiency of lung qi and spleen are in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine.According to the excel method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The patients had informed consent and good compliance.During the observation period,there were no cases of rejection,shedding and suspension.The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Yangfei Decoction,and the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills.The treatment period was two weeks.After two weeks of regular administration,we observed the changes of TCM symptom score,lung CT,peripheral blood leukocyte,neutrophil and vital signs of patients before and after treatment,and compared each index.According to 《Guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine(Trial)》,the symptom and physical sign integral table was established.We collected data for sorting and using SPSS25.0 data analysis to make efficacy evaluation.Result1.There was no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P ? 0.05),which is comparable.2.In the main symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,it was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in the score of cough,wheezing,expectoration,abdominal distention and loose stools in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In secondary symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,it was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in the score of chest distress,shortness of breath,indigestion and loss of appetite,spontaneous sweating,fatigue,dry and wet rales of both lungs,lung CT symptom score in the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,P = 0.001 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.In terms of safety indexes,there was no significant difference in heart rate,respiration,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,Cr and BUN between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.Shenqi Yangfei Decoction can improve the symptoms of cough,wheezing,sputum,abdominal distension and loose stools in patients with chronic bronchitis with deficiency of lung and spleen qi.The effect is better than that of the control group.2.Shenqi Yangfei Decoction can improve the chest tightness,shortness of breath,indigestion and loss of appetite,spontaneous sweating,fatigue,dry and wet rales of the lungs,and lung CT symptoms in patients with chronic bronchitis with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi.The effect is better than that of the control group.3.Shenqi Yangfei Decoction also has a certain improvement effect on peripheral blood neutrophils,and the effect is better than the control group;but both groups have no obvious improvement effect on peripheral blood leukocytes.To a certain extent,it can be seen that Shenqi Yangfei Decoction can treat chronic bronchitis with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and its efficacy is better than that of ambroxol hydrochloride tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills. |
