Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Phlegm And Dampness In Brain Metastasis Of Lung Adenocarcinoma With Invigorating Spleen Dehumidification And Resolving Phlegm Combined With PP Chemotherapy

Objective:In this study,by observing the changes in the short-term efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Kamofsky score,quality of life score,tumor markers and other aspects of jiangpi dehumidification and phlegm removing prescription combined with PP in the treatment of patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer,the advantages of jiangpi dehumidification and phlegm removing prescription in the treatment of brain metastasis of lung cancer were discussed.For the lung cancer prescription research accumulation of clinical research foundation.Methods:60 patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer in Ma’nshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to November 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30)and control group(30).The treatment group was given pemetrexide and cisplatin(PP)regimen,combined with spleen strengthening dehumidification prescription at the same time,while the control group was given chemotherapy alone for one cycle of 21 days.After two cycles,the tumor size,laboratory examination level,TCM syndrome score,Kamofsky score,EORTC QLQ-C30 life quality score and so on were evaluated.Results:After 42 days of treatment,the tumor diameter of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group.The sum of cases of complete remission,partial remission and stable disease in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell count,neutrophil count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin and platelets in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while monocytes and lymphocytes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 42 days of treatment,the efficacy score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the score ratio of patients in the treatment group(49.01%)was higher than that in the control group(38.64%).The difference value of Kamofsky score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The EORTC QLQ-C30 quality of life scores for health status,function scale and symptom scale in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After two cycles of treatment,strengthening spleen dehumidification and resolving phlegm prescription combined with PP program in the treatment of phlegm and dampness type patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer,the tumor marker level of the patients was significantly improved,the TCM syndrome score was reduced,and the life quality scores of Kamofsky and EORTC QLQ-C30 were improved.The combination of spleen strengthening dehumidification combined with PP regimen could help to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer combined with phlegm and dampness.
