Study On The Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Postpartum Hypogalactia

Objective:By collecting and sorting out ancient and modern prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum agalactia,to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum agalactia,to provide a theoretical basis for the study of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum agalactia,to provide a reference for effective guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of postpartum agalactia,and to lay the foundation for further improvement of the rational prescription system of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum agalactia.Method:Literature research method combined with data mining technology was used to collect,classify and sort out the prescriptions of ancient and modern Chinese medicine for postpartum agalactia,and establish a data table.Using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,the frequency of medication of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of postpartum agalactia formula,the four qi,five flavors,meridians,dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,the law of formula,common drug pairs,and new formula were statistically analyzed and data mining.Result:1.The top ten drugs used in ancient prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum agalactia were Angelica sinensis,Licorice,Lvlu,Chuanxiong,Trotter,Wine,Pangolin,Tongcao,Vaccinium vulgare,and Radix Paeoniae Alba.The top ten drugs used in modern treatment of postpartum agalactia formula were Angelica sinensis,Vaccinium vulgare,Astragalus membranaceus,Pangolin,Tongcao,Licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum,Codonopsis pilosula,Lvlu,and Bupleurum chinense.2.The top seven drug categories in the frequency of medication of ancient prescriptions for postpartum agalactia were: tonifying drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,clearing away heat drugs,water and dampness drugs,phlegm and cough relieving and asthma drugs,antidotes,and qi drugs;the top seven drug categories of modern prescriptions for postpartum agalactia were: tonifying drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,water and dampness drugs,clearing away heat drugs,phlegm and cough relieving and asthma drugs,antidotes,and qi drugs.3.Ancient prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum agalactia were mainly warm,cold,and flat;the meridians were mainly stomach,liver,heart,and spleen meridians.Modern prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum agalactia are mainly warm,flat,and cold,and the meridians are mainly liver and spleen,stomach,and lung meridians.Ancient and modern prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum agalactia are mainly pungent,bitter,and sweet.4.There were a total of 8 core drug combinations and 4 new prescriptions for ancient treatment of postpartum agalactia formula;there were a total of 16 core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions for modern treatment of postpartum agalactia formula.5.The dosage of high-frequency drugs for modern treatment of postpartum lactation is analyzed: Angelica sinensis,Vaccinium vulgare,Pangolin,Tongcao,Platycodon grandiflorum,Lvlu,Bupleurum chinense,Chuanxiong,Lulutong,Tangpi,Qingpi,Akebia,Radix Angelicae dahuricae,Cyperus rotundus,Pinellia ternate,Peach kernel are used in the highest frequency of "10g";Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Trichosanthis,Poria cocos,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Trichosanthis and Luffa are used in the highest frequency It is "15g";the highest frequency dosage of astragalus and motherwort is "30g";the highest frequency dosage of licorice is "6g".Conclusion:1.Ancient and modern prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia are commonly used Angelica,licorice,Lvlu,pangolin,Tongcao,and Wangbuxing.Ancient prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia are also commonly used as Chuanxiong,Pig’s Trotter,Liquor,and Paeonia lactiflora.Modern treatments for postpartum hypogalactia are also commonly used in astragalus,platycodon grandiflorum,dangshen,Bupleurum.2.The medicines used to treat postpartum lactation in ancient and modern times are mainly tonic deficiency,promoting blood circulation and collaterals,supplemented by clearing heat,dampness,phlegm,Xuanfei,and Qi.3.The medicines used to treat postpartum hypogalactia in ancient and modern times are mainly based on temperature,and focus on the use of hard and sweet drugs.The ancient prescription for the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia mainly belongs to the stomach,and the modern treatment of the postpartum hypogalactia mainly belongs to the liver.4.The core drugs of ancient and modern treatment of postpartum hypogalactia are Angelica sinensis;ancient treatment of postpartum hypogalactia is often used in combination with Chuanxiong,Baishao,Wang Buluoxing,pangolin,trotters,licorice;modern treatment of postpartum hypogalactia is often used in combination with Astragalus membranaceus,Tongcao,Pangolin,and Vaccinium.5.The commonly used clinical dosages of modern drugs for postpartum hypogalactia are "10g" and "15g",and some drugs use "6g" and "30g".
