| Objective:Through the detection of common biochemical indexes of liver and kidney function of healthy adults of Tujia,Miao and Han nationalities in Jishou area, the differences of indexes in nationality, sex and age are analyzed, and a reference interval which accords with the characteristics of population in Jishou area is initially established,so as to provide reliable reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment in this area. Methods:A total of 2173 healthy individuals aged 2079 years old were selected for physical examination in Jishou People’s Hospital through questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory auxiliary examination.Reference intervals of TBIL,DBIL,TP,ALB,ALT,AST,TBA,UREA,CREA and UA were established respectively according to C28-A3 document issued by the American Institute for Clinical and Laboratory Standardization(CLSI)and WS/T 402-2012 standard document of the health industry in China. The nonparametric method in SPSS 25.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.According to the results, the data were divided into groups according to nationality(Miao,Tujia,Han),gender(male, female),age group(2039 years old,4059 years old,6079 years old). The data in the group showed normal distribution with a reference interval of x±1.96 s;The data in the group showed a skewed distribution, and the median 95%data was taken as the reference interval by nonparametric method(P2.5,P97.5).MedCalc 19.1.1software was used to calculate the 90%confidence interval(CI)of the upper and lower limits of the reference interval.According to the grouping of the established reference intervals,a small sample verification method(n=20 cases)was used to verify the applicability of the reference intervals.Results:1.TP,ALB,TBA,UREA,CREA,UA have no significant difference among nationalities(p>0.05),but TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST have significant difference among nationalities(p<0.05).2.TBIL,DBIL,TP,ALB,TBA have no significant difference between the sexes(p>0.05),but ALT,AST,UREA,CREA,UA have significant difference between the sexes(p<0.05).3.TBIL,DBIL,TP,ALB,ALT,TBA have no significant difference in different age groups(p>0.05),but AST,UREA,CREA,UA have significant difference in different age groups(p<0.05).4.According to the difference of nationality, gender and age, establish the project reference intervals respectively. The reference range of TBIL(no gender and age difference):5.723.3μmol/L for Miao and Tujia nationalities;Han nationality is 4.422.6μmol/L.The reference range of DBIL(no gender and age difference):1.57.8μmol/L for Miao and Tujia nationalities;Han nationality is 1.58.0μmol/L.The reference range of TP is 6279 g/L(no difference in nationality, sex and age). The reference range of ALB is 3753 g/L(no difference in nationality, sex and age). The reference interval of TBA is 1.111.0μmol/L(no difference in nationality, sex and age). The reference range of UREA(no ethnic difference):male, aged 2039,2.88.5μmol/L,aged 4079,2.89.5μmol/L;Female,aged 20-59,2.07.7μmol/L,aged 6079,2.29.0μmol/L.The reference range of CREA(no ethnic difference):male,aged2039,5094μmol/L,aged 4059,5599μmol/L,aged 6079,53103μmol/L;Female,aged 2059,3986μmol/L,aged 6079,4392μmol/L.The reference range of UA(no ethnic difference):male,aged2079,is 204406μmol/L;Female,aged 2059,144352μmol/L,aged6079,150362μmol/L.ALT reference interval(no age difference):male,Miao and Tujia nationality are 1144 U/L,Han nationality is946U/L;The female ratio is 743 U/L(no ethnic difference). The reference range of AST:(1)Miao and Tujia(no age difference),male1438 U/L,female 1335 U/L.(2)Han nationality, male, aged 2039,836 U/L,aged 4079,1239 U/L;Female,aged 2039,6-37 U/L,aged4079,935 U/L.5.The reference interval of common biochemical indexes of liver and kidney function has been verified by small samples and passed.Conclusion:1.Common liver and kidney function indexes(TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST,UREA,CREA,UA)in Jishou area are different in nationality, sex and age.2.The newly established reference interval of liver and kidney function indexes(TP,ALB,TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST,TBA,UREA,CREA,UA)is applicable to Jishou area. |
