| Objective:It is becoming very austere that AIDS is in vogue in country. From 2001,the prevention and cure work of HeBei province turned to study of strengthening health education pattern research and generalization in country. This study emphasize health and education about AIDS prevention and cure, finding out infect behavior, attitude, knowledge status about community crowd in country, searching for effective health and educational pattern and approach adapting to community resident in country, in order to providing data on preventing and dominating study, and assisting supervise department to set down frondose implement profect.Method:Having an informal discussion with relative personnel of sanitation department in Shijiazhuang city and subordinate, called Xinji. Adapting the block sampling, 1307 rural volunteers between 16-55 years old were involved in the survey. The questionnaire made by ourself, it contained the society status, knowledge about AIDS, attitude, behavior and sex education demanded. Contact with sanitation department ,local average cadre and local doctor to carry through the basal investigation, which including local sanitation and hygiene establishment, public action, custom, average doctor basic stuff, flacking establishment, STD/AIDS prevention and cure requirement, and so on, then put out partial questionnaire and put up test in advance and check up it. After a month, we ward off blows some peple, including local sanitational department person ,average cadre , average doctor and inquirer to cultivate collectively for 3days in some rest house in Xinji city, telling of the situation of AIDS in domestic and overseas ,which involved the study,s objective, purport, frondose implement design and the duty the attend should assume.The first questionnaire survey, called survey before intervention after a week, was started to adopt bland fashion to answer by unit of people and request complete all alone by himself. Questionnaire dictated the question and option if he is illiterate. A month later, we processed the intervention that flacked prevention and cure of AIDS and social disease through broadcast, wall body banner, presswork, extending daily article for use. The villager who cooperate earnestly was extend some matter hortation. The same questionnaire to investigate was repeated after 3 months intervened.All the data-base was setting up through EXCEL software and analyzed by SPSS11.5 software. X2 was tested for single factor analysis to compare the distributing of the same question before and after intervention , multi factor regression was for multi-factor analysis and the respondent effect of knowledge about AIDS was graded. There is 13 questions, and 1 point for each question, added up to 13 points. The questions contained the observing relativity between gender, age, marriage status, culture grade ,economy condition and witting rate of AIDS.Result:1307 persons were to be investigated before intervention, and called back 1179 chare valid questionnaires, which is 90.3%. After intervention, there are 1130 persons were investigated, and call back 1044 chare valid questionnaires, so it is 92.4%.The characters of demology include sex, age, marriage status, culture grade, economy condition were no significant difference before and after intervention (p>0.05). The sexual proportion is about 1:1,and the age distributed balanced, it is between 21~30 years old,31~40 years old and 41~50 years old. It is about 29.0% by baseline investigation. The people in double harness is about 76.0%, the people whose income is lower than 2000 yuan are 60.7%, but it is 23.8% when a person income is higher than 3000 yuan. There is significant difference for culture grade(p<0.01),in them ,the proportion of the junior high school is largest fore-and-aft.
