Objective:To study the effect of different measures on preventing intrauterine adhesion after the operation of curettage of missed abortion and compare the effect of different measures. Methods: This study choose zhuzhou city maternal and child health care in January 2018-December 2018 between the line because of missed abortion under hysteroscopy surgery in patients with curettage,A total of 126 cases, according to the curettage in patients with postoperative uterine cavity adhesion prevention method is different, divided into A,B,C,D four groups, all the conventional given antibiotics to prevent infection, motherwort to promote uterine contractions,on this basis, with medical sodium hyaluronate gel group A postoperative prevention caused by intrauterine adhesions, group B postoperatively, please pass to prevent caused by intrauterine adhesions, group C postoperatively femoston Joint prevention and medical hyaluronic acid gel, group D don’t use any preventive measures. The time of postoperative vaginal bleeding, postoperative blood loss, menstrual related conditions, endometrial thickness and intrauterine adhesions were recorded, and the clinical effects of different methods to prevent intrauterine adhesions after hysterectomy were compared. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in general data between the four groups.(P > 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative average blood loss between the four groups(P >,0.05).The mean duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding in groups A,B and C was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among them, the average duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding in groups B and C was shorter than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The mean duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding in group C was the shortest, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The average duration of postoperative abdominal pain in groups A,B and C was lower than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among them, the average duration of postoperative abdominal pain in groups B and C was shorter than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The average duration of postoperative abdominal pain in group C was the shortest, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The duration of menarche in group A,B and C was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Endometrial thickness in groups A,B and C was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among the three observation groups, the duration of menarche in groups B and C was shorter than that in group A,and the thickness of endometrium was better than that in group A,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Among them, the endometrium thickness of group C was thicker and the time of menarche was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The normal menstrual rate of group A,B and C was higher than that of the control group, with A statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the normal menstrual rate of group C was the highest, and the number of people with A menstrual decrease greater than 50% was 0,with A statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.The incidence of intrauterine adhesion was 8.56% in group A,6.24% in group B,and 3.23% in group C,both lower than 28.57% in group D without any measures, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).There was only one case of intrauterine adhesion in group C,with A lower incidence than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of intrauterine adhesion between group A and group B(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Femoston and sodium hyaluronate gel can be used to prevent intrauterine adhesion after hysterectomy. The combination of femoston and sodium hyaluronate gel is more effective and worth popularizing.2.It is easy to lead to intrauterine adhesions after hysterectomy after missed abortion. It is suggested to adopt the principle of individualization, make a comprehensive assessment according to the individual factors and actual conditions of the patients, and scientifically choose an appropriate, effective and economical way to prevent intrauterine adhesions. |
