Objective: The clinical materials of patients with abdominal wall endometriosis were analyzed retrospectively to explore the characteristics, clinical manifestations, incubation period, treatment and prognostic factors of awe,so as to provide reference for clinical work. Methods: A total of 180 patients with endometriosis of abdominal wall who were treated in the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from February 2005 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Case management software was used to retrieve the patient’s hospital medical records, and clinical data were collected. The results were statistically analyzed by spss22.0 software. Results: 1.General data: the minimum age of onset is 22 years old,the maximum age is 46 years old,the average age of onset is(31.29 ± 4.86)years old,the average age of menarche is(14.54 ± 0.87)years old,the menstrual cycle is 21-70 days, the average menstrual cycle is(29.95±6.12)days.All patients had a history of cesarean section.2.Clinical manifestations: 80% of patients have typical clinical manifestations, most of them have abdominal mass and periodic pain of abdominal incision at the same time.3.Characteristics of incubation period: The onset of AWE has an incubation period. The incubation period of the disease refers to the time required from the last abdominal wall operation to the clinical manifestation of the disease. The average incubation period for patients was(42.92 ± 31.46)months.The incubation period was longer in patients with onset age older than 30 years than that of patients with onset age ≤30 years, and there was a statistical difference between the two(t =-2.507,p = 0.013),that is,as the age of onset increased, the latency period became longer.Patients with menstrual period ≤ 6 days had a longer incubation period than patients with menstrual periods> 6 days, but there was no statistical difference between the two(t = 0.698,p = 0.486).The incubation period of menstrual cycle ≤ 30 days(150 cases)was longer than that of patients with menstrual cycle> 30 days(30 cases). The difference was statistically significant.4.Cesarean section incision: there are 156(156 / 180)patients with transverse incision,56 of them are on the left side of transverse incision,71 on the right side, and 24 of them are longitudinal incision.5.There was no significant difference between different tumor types and incubation period(c2 =10.06,degree of freedom 8,P = 0.261 > 0.05).There was a significant difference between the type of focus and the amount of bleeding and the time of operation(c2= 31.71,the degree of freedom was 4,P < 0.05;c2 = 37.75,the degree of freedom was 4,P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.AWE is closely related to cesarean section. It advocates natural childbirth, control surgical indications, reduce cesarean section, and is helpful to reduce the incidence rate of AWE.2.The older the age and the longer the menstrual cycle, the longer the incubation period of awe.3.The size of the mass and the depth of infiltration were determined at the same time of diagnosing awe.MRI can further understand the relationship between lesions and surrounding tissues.4.At present, surgical resection is the first choice in the treatment of AWE。 5.Before operation,we can judge the clinical classification of the lesions and the diameter of the mass by imaging examination, preliminarily estimate the operation situation, and improve the accuracy of the operation. When there are many tissues in the abdominal wall, the application of patch can reduce the possibility of abdominal wall hernia.
