The Expression And Clinical Values Of CD16、CD32and Cd64at The Ectopic Foci Of Endometriosis In Abdominal Incision After Mifepristone Treatment

Objective To explore the expression and clinical values of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci of endometriosis in abdominal incision after treated with mifepristone in different doses and different medication time.Methods Forty cases of patients were involved in this study.Among the forty,10cases of untreated patients were set as control group,the others were set as experimental group and equally subdivided into three groups,the patients in group A were treated with mifeprisitone12.5mg/d for30days, patients in group B were treated with mifeprisitone12.5mg/d for90days and patients in group C were treated with mifeprisitone25mg/d for30days. CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic endometrium of endometriosis in abdominal incision were examined by the methods of immunohistochemistry after the lesions were resected.Results①Among the four groups, the expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci in the control group of endometriosis in abdominal incision were significantly lower than those in the other three experiment groups respectively (P<0.001).②In the experiment group,the expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci were positively correlated with the dosage of mifeprisitone (CD16r=0.574, P<0.001)、(CD32r=0.921,p<0.001)、(CD64r=0.849,p<0.001).③In the experiment group, the expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci were positively correlated with the medication time of mifeprisitone (CD16r=0.818, P<0.001)、(CD32r=0.568,p<0.001)、(CD64r=0.430,p<0.001).④The expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci were significantly different between the two groups which medication time treated by mifeprisitone was30days’and90days’(P<0.001respectively).⑤No significant difference of the expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci were observed between the two groups which treated with mifeprisitone12.5mg/d and25mg/d respectively(p>0.05). Conclusion①The immunocompetent cells expressed CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci of endometriosis in abdominal incision were significantly increasing with the medication time of mifeprisitone. It could indicate that the cells expressed CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci maybe play a certain role in the preopertative therapy of endometriosis in abdominal incision.②The expression of CD16、CD32and CD64at the ectopic foci were as increased as the dosage and the medication time of mifeprisitone.
