Study On The Control Level Of Asthma Patients Based On Asthma Chronic Disease Management Platform Of Acupoint Sticking Therapy

Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint sticking therapy combined with the mode of asthma chronic disease management platform on the control level of asthma patients.Methods:To select 70 patients with asthma in durative stage cases who accept acupoint sticking therapy in Acupuncture and rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from June to August in 2019.According to the controlled trial,patients were divided into the chronic disease management platform group(35 cases),adopted the mode of acupoint sticking therapy+routine management+asthma chronic disease management platform management and the routine management group(35 cases),treated by acupoint sticking therapy+routine management.Compare the difference between the two groups at:(1)The frequency of acute attacks of asthma within half a year before and after acupoint sticking therapy treatment;(2)the degree of acute asthma attacks before acupoint sticking therapy treatment and the total effective rate in the 1st,3rd and 6th month after treatment;(3)the classification of asthma symptom control level before acupoint sticking therapy treatment and the asthma control rate in the 1st,3rd and 6th month after treatment;(4)asthma control test(ACT)score before and in the 1st,3rd and 6th month after acupoint sticking therapy treatment;(5)asthma cognitive level score before and in the 6th month after acupoint sticking therapy treatment.Results:(1)A total of 53 patients completed the study,including 27 in intervention group and 26 in control group.(2)Baseline comparison:The two groups of patients in this study are comparable in terms of ①gender,age,education,marital status;②medical history,smoking history,allergic history,the frequency of acute attacks of asthma within half a year before treatment,the degree of acute asthma attacks,the classification of asthma symptom control level,ACT score;③the use of inhaler,regular inhalation,oral drug use and the way of treatment;they were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which showed that the two groups were at the same baseline level before treatment.(3)Compared with before treatment:①The frequency of acute attacks of asthma decreased within half a year acupoint sticking therapy treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The asthma control rate increased at the 1st,3rd and 6th month after acupoint sticking therapy treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③The ACT scores increased at the 1st,3rd and 6th month after acupoint sticking therapy treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).④The cognitive level of asthma significantly improved at the 6th month after acupoint sticking therapy treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Compared between the two groups:①There was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of acute attacks of asthma within half a year after acupoint sticking therapy treatment(P>0.05).②In the chronic disease management platform group,the total effective rate is higher in the 1st and 6th month after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);while the total effective rate increased in the 3rd month after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③There was no statistically significant difference in asthma control rate at the 1st,3rd and 6th month after treatment(P>0.05).④There was no statistically significant difference in ACT score at the 1st,3rd and 6th month after treatment(P>0.05).⑤The cognitive level of asthma in the chronic disease management platform group is higher at the 6th month after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Acupoint sticking therapy treatment can reduce the frequency of acute attacks of asthma,increase the asthma control rate and ACT score,in order to improve the control level of asthma patients.(2)The mode of asthma chronic disease management platform is feasible and effective in improving the cognitive level of asthma patients.(3)Acupoint sticking therapy combined with the mode of asthma chronic disease management platform can reduce the attack degree of the main symptoms.
