Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lung Sub Centimeter Nodules With Yin Deficiency And Internal Heat Syndrome By Nourishing Yin And Dispersing Knot

Objective:To explore the understanding of sub centimeter nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,and to treat the sub centimeter nodule patients with Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome by Nourishing Yin and dispersing nodule,and to observe the changes of the maximum diameter,number of nodule,TCM syndrome score,nodule malignant risk score and other related indicators,to evaluate the clinical effect of Yangyin loose nodule therapy on lung nodule,to explore its mechanism of action,and to provide theory for TCM treatment of lung sub centimeter nodule Basis and treatment direction.Methods:In this study,100 patients with sub centimeter nodule of yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine by Nourishing Yin and dispersing knots for 3 months;50 patients in the control group were not treated with medicine,and only followed up with chest high-resolution CT according to the nodule size according to the time recommended by Fleischner’s Guide.Before and after treatment,observe the changes of the relevant therapeutic indexes of the two groups,such as the maximum diameter,number of nodules,TCM syndrome score,nodal malignant risk score etc.and make statistical analysis of the data to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Yangyin Sanjie method in the treatment of lung sub centimeter nodules.Results:After removing the cases of abscission in this study,93 cases of subcellular nodules were included,46 in the treatment group and 47 in the control group.Through statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in age,gender,nodule size,nodule number,TCM syndrome score,nodule malignant risk score and other data between the two groups before treatment,which had comparability and research value.①Changes of nodule size after treatment:Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment,the largest diameter of pulmonary nodules was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the largest diameter of pulmonary nodules before and after treatment in the control group was not significant,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);comparing the two groups after treatment,the reduction of the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.②Clinical efficacy after treatment:The total effective rate of clinical effect in the treatment group was 28.3%and that in the control group was 4.3%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.③Changes in the number of nodules after treatment:There was no significant difference in the number of pulmonary nodules between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).④Changes in TCM Syndrome Points after treatment:The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,and the comparison data before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);while the TCM syndrome score data in the control group before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the degree of decline in TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.⑤Aspects of efficacy of TCM syndromes after treatment:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.4%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 4.3%.The data comparison between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).⑥Changes in the nodal malignancy risk score after treatment:After the treatment of Mayo’s malignant risk scores in the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Brork’s malignant risk scores in the two groups showed a significant difference in the Brork’s malignant risk scores before and after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Brork’s malignant risk score before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The research results show that the Yangyin Sanjie method has a significant effect in treating patients with sub-centimeter lung nodules with yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,and can effectively reduce the maximum diameter of lung nodules,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the risk of malignant nodules.Meaning.
