Clinical Observation Of Therapeutic Effect On Melasma Due To Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type In Women By TCM Internal Medicine Combined With Water Light Therapy And Micro-needle Treatment

Objective :To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of chloasma patients with liver depression and qi stagnation by traditional Chinese medicine combined with water light injection and micro acupuncture,and to find a scheme that can treat chloasma,and the scheme is safe,reliable and effective in clinical application,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of chloasma.MethodsFrom January 2018 to December 2019,89 cases of liver stagnation syndrome were selected from chloasma patients in Guanggu hospital and Fenghuang outpatient department of Hubei traditional Chinese medicine hospital,which met the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria set in this experiment.89 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group: the control group(n = 44)was treated with water light therapy injection combined with micro acupuncture once every four weeks;the treatment group(n = 45),on the basis of the treatment in the control group,was treated with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,with Chaihu Shugan powder as the main prescription of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,one dose per day,twice in the morning and half an hour afterdinner.One treatment period is three months.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course length and the total score of skin lesions before treatment(p > 0.05).Follow up the patients during the treatment to understand and observe whether adverse reactions occurred.After a treatment cycle of follow-up observation and recording of treatment effect,patients’ scores(skin area and color)were evaluated before and after treatment,and then compared and analyzed after statistics.Statistical methods were used to analyze the treatment effect of the two groups,and to compare whether there was significant difference in clinical effect between the treatment group and the control group.Results1.After 3 months of treatment,the rate of total effective the treatment group was 95.56%,and that of the control group was 77.2%.However,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(p < 0.05).2.After 3 months of treatment,the total score,area score and color score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of chloasma lesions.The scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group before treatment,the difference was significant(p < 0.05)group(p < 0.05).ConclusionAfter the treatment,in the two groups the symptoms of Chloasma were significantly improved,but after statistics,the treatment group had a higher total effective rate,and there was a significant difference in statistics,Pointing out that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with water light injection and micro needle therapy for chloasma has a definite and obvious effect on the improvement of clinical efficacy.
