Objective:Observe the clinical effect of puncture and moxibustion on patients with limb numbness due to ischemic stroke. Methods:In this study, randomized controlled trial was performed.Patients who were admitted to the Brain Disease Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 and were diagnosed with numbness in limbs due to ischemic stroke(wind phlegm obstruction syndrome)were included.Criteria and exclusion criteria: 72 patients were selected as study subjects, and the random number table method was used to divide the treatment group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was routinely treated according to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan for ischemic stroke. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the above, and was treated once every 3 days for a total of 15 days.Follow-up was performed for 2 months to further evaluate the prognosis.Efficacy evaluations were performed before treatment(on the day of enrollment),after the end of the treatment period(on the 15 th day after enrollment),and during the follow-up period(7 days on the second month of enrollment). The evaluation method was based on the degree of numbness(Levi sensory neurotoxicity grading standard and visual analog VAS score method),the frequency and effectiveness of numbness.Results:1.Evaluation results of Levi sensory neurotoxicity grading standard: compare the improvement of numbness between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);compare the improvement of numbness between the two groups during the follow-up period(P<0.05);compare the numbness of the two groups before and after treatment Improvement(P<0.05);Compare the improvement of numbness between the two groups after treatment and follow-up period(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.2.Visual simulation(VAS)score evaluation results: compare the mean and standard deviation of the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);compare the mean and standard deviation of the VAS scores of the two groups during the follow-up period(P<0.05);compare the two groups respectively The mean and standard deviation of the VAS score before and after treatment(P<0.05);compare the mean and standard deviation of the VAS score between the two groups after treatment and follow-up period(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.3.Frequency of numbness: Compare the improvement of the frequency of numbness after treatment(P<0.05);compare the improvement of the frequency of numbness during the follow-up period(P>0.05);compare the frequency of numbness after treatment and follow-up respectively Improvement(P>0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.4.Effectiveness: After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 35.3%,the treatment group was 63.6%,and the two groups were compared(P<0.05);the follow-up period of the control group was 70.6%,the treatment group was 84.8%,and the two groups were compared(P>0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group. Conclusion: Application of puncturing and collateral method can significantly reduce the degree of limb numbness and reduce the frequency of numbness in patients with ischemic stroke(wind phlegm obstruction syndrome),and its clinical efficacy is better than similar patients in conventional treatment. |
