A Comparative Study On The Development Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises In Jilin Province And Jiangxi Province

Objective: The pharmaceutical industry as a "sunrise industry",the development of the situation is concerned,the development prospect is immeasurable.As a typical strength representative of pharmaceutical enterprises,the development of listed pharmaceutical companies can reflect the development prospect of the whole industry to some extent.In Jilin province and Jiangxi province pharmaceutical enterprises through analyzing the development status of listed companies,the key to the empirical analysis of the business performance of listed companies,a specific situation comparative study on the pharmaceutical production enterprise under the system of the listed company,so that the listed companies and the pharmaceutical production enterprises can objectively to realize their own development level,and can put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of promote the listed companies and the pharmaceutical production enterprise are quality and comprehensive development,help them improve themselves,to contribute more power for development of provincial economy and industry.Methods: This paper mainly use factor analysis method and comparative analysis method,and factor analysis method is the core analysis method of this paper.Select 199 Chinese listed pharmaceutical companies as the research object,from the growth ability,operation ability,profitability and solvency 4 aspects,selected 13 financial indicators using Excel2017 and SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software and using factor analysis to analyse the199 listed pharmaceutical companies annual report data in 2018,get the factor score and ranking situation of listed companies,and extract the listed pharmaceutical companies in Jilin province comparing with Jiangxi province.After that,the comparative analysis method was applied to the comparative study of pharmaceutical production enterprise under the system of 12 listed pharmaceutical enterprises,and 38 pharmaceutical production enterprise were selected as the research objects to conduct a comparative study on the listed pharmaceuticals,enterprise characteristics,drug research and development,intellectual property rights and other aspects.Results: By comparing with listed pharmaceutical companies in Jilin province and Jiangxi province,in terms of profitability Tonghua Dongbao in the first place,in terms of solvency ability the Jiangzhong in the first place,in terms of operating ability Renhe in the first place,in terms of growth ability Yisheng in the first place,comprehensive ability of the top is the Renhe,followed by the Jiangzhong and Tonghua Dongbao.Conclusion: Should promote enterprise merger and purchase,build a complete industrial chain,strong brand advantage,attaches to the selection and training talents,broaden the financing channels,emphasis on corporate social responsibility 6aspects of Jilin province and Jiangxi province listed pharmaceutical companies comprehensive competitiveness,from research and development innovation,attaches great importance to the drug quality,optimization of drug varieties,innovation operation pattern4 aspects to promote Jilin province and Jiangxi province drug manufcturers under the system of the listed pharmaceutical companies health fast development.
