Clinical Intervention Study Of Yishen Qianyang Decoction On Goserelin+bicalutamide In The Treatment Of Androgen Deficiency Syndrome Caused By Advanced Prostate Cancer

Objective:In this study,a standardized randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of Yishen Qianyang decoction on the quality of life of patients with Androgen Deficiency Syndrome induced by advanced prostate cancer treated with Goserelin+bicalutamide,at the same time,the changes of PSA level,cellular immune function index,KPS score,AMS scale,IPSS score and VAS pain score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,to reduce a series of adverse reactions caused by the reduction of Androgens,regulate the immunity of the body,strengthen the ability of supporting the body and fighting cancer,so as to improve the clinical curative effect and the quality of life of patients,at the same time,it provides a strong theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical popularization and application of Yishenqianyang decoction.Methods:The 51 patients were randomly divided into Treatment Group(n=25)and Control Group(n=26).The Treatment Group was treated with Goserelin +bicalutamide and Yishen Qianyang Recipe,the control group was treated with Goserelin+bicalutamide alone,for six months.The changes of PSA level,KPS scale,AMS scale,IPSS scale,VAS scale,bone mineral density t value and cellular immune function before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups,at the same time,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:In this study,43 cases were completed,including 22 cases in the treatment group,21 cases in the control group and 8 cases of abscission.It was found that the symptoms of five-upset fever,dry mouth and pharynx,soreness of waist and knees,hot flushes and night sweats in the treatment group were significantly improved(p<0.01),and the symptoms of urination and Astringency,palpitation,insomnia and dream,body and waist pain were improved(p<0.05)The improvement of CD4+index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05),and the improvement of KPS,IPSS and VAS pain score was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Qianyang decoction can improve androgen deficiency syndrome and other related adverse reactions in patients with advanced prostate cancer after treatment with Goserelin+ bicalutamide,and can enhance the immune function of patients,so that the quality of life of patients improve,higher security,it is worth clinical application.
