Effect Of Yiqi Yangying,Huatan Togluo Recipe On Inflammatory Response In Rats With Acute Myocardical Infarction

Objective:By means of experimental study,the effects of Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Tongluo Recipe on CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,MMP-9,CK-MB,c Tn I,AST,LDH and myocardial histopathology in rats with acute myocardial infarction were observed,so as to explore the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Tongluo Recipe on inflammatory response under acute myocardial infarction,so as to provide basis for further clinical treatment.Methods:60 SD rats for standard experiment were randomly divided into 5 groups,12 rats in each group,which were high dose group of Yiqi Yangyin,Huatan Tongluo Recipe(high dose group of traditional Chinese Medicine),low dose group of Yiqi Yangyin,Huatan Tongluo Recipe(low dose group of traditional Chinese Medicine),atorvastatin calcium tablet group(Western medicine group),model group and sham operation group.The model group,high dose group,low dose group and Western medicine group all used ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery to make acute myocardial infarction model.The rats in each group were administrated with corresponding drugs24 hours after the first gavage.After 14 days of continuous gavage,the rats in each group were killed and blood was taken from abdominal aorta.The levels of CK-MB,c Tn I,AST,LDH,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The rats in each group were stained by he Changes in the basic morphology of myocardial pathology.Results:Compared with sham operation,the levels of CK-MB,c Tn I,AST and LDH in the serum of the model group increased significantly 24 hours after gavage(P < 0.05);the contents of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and MMP-9 in the body increased significantly 14 days after administration(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the levels of CK-MB and CTN in the serum of the model group and the low dose rats of Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Tongluo formula increased significantly 24 hours after gavage 1.The levels of AST and LDH decreased(P<0.05);after 14 days of administration,the contents of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand MMP-9 decreased(P<0.05),which could significantly improve the pathology of ischemic myocardium.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin,Huatan Tongluo Decoction can reduce the myocardial injury markers,reduce the inflammatory factors in vivo,reduce the myocardial injury,reduce the inflammatory response,repair and protect the damaged myocardium in different degrees,and the treatment is effective.
