Observation On The Curative Effect Of Huoxue Lishui Formula After The Repair Of Rotator Cuff Under The Arthroscope

Objective:This subject adopts huoxue soup to drink the water in combination with conventional medication for rotator cuff tear arthroscopic shoulder repair of common clinical symptoms after treatment,postoperative clinical symptoms such as pain,swelling,and shoulder joint dysfunction,by observing the degree of shoulder joint pain after surgery(VAS),degree of swelling(shoulder circumference),function score(UCLA)to evaluate invigorate the circulation of the water decoction of arthroscopic shoulder rotator cuff suture of common clinical symptoms after curative effect.Methods:To recruit patients who underwent single row shoulder arthroscopic suture in the department of orthopedics of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to January 2020.40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and numbered from small to large according to the sequence of the date of surgery of the patients.Random Numbers were generated by spss21.0 software.The first 20 patients were divided into the observation group and the last 20 into the control group.The gender,age,disease course and rotator cuff injury and tear size of the two groups were statistically analyzed to exclude differences.The control group was given celecoxib capsule and sodium aescinate tablets orally for 2 weeks after surgery,and the observation group was given huoxue decoction for 2 weeks on the basis of the control group.VAS scores,shoulder swelling degree and UCLA scores of shoulder joint function were compared and statistically analyzed between the two groups of patients before surgery,1 day after surgery,7 days after surgery,14 days after surgery and 6 weeks after surgery.Result: 1.Gender,age,disease course,rotator cuff tear size,VAS pain score,shoulder joint circumference,and UCLA score of the two groups included in the clinical observation showed no significant difference(P > 0.05)by statistical analysis before and after treatment.2.At 7 and 14 days after surgery,the VAS score of shoulder joint of the two groups was compared with that of the 1 day after surgery,and P < 0.05 was obtained,indicating that the two treatment schemes could improve the pain of the patients after shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Then,VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,indicating that the relief effect of shoulder pain in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.On the 7th and 14 th day after the operation,the circumference of shoulder joint of the two groups was compared with that of the 1st day after the operation,and P < 0.05 was obtained,indicating a significant difference,indicating that the two treatment regimens had a significant effect in eliminating postoperative swelling.The comparison of shoulder joint circumference between the two groups after treatment showed that the degree of shoulder joint swelling in the observation group was less than that in the control group,indicating that the regression rate of shoulder joint swelling in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Fourteen days after the operation,the scores of UCLA shoulder joint function in the two groups were compared with that in the seven days after the operation,and P < 0.05 was obtained,indicating a significant difference,indicating that the two treatment schemes had a good effect in improving shoulder joint function.Six weeks after the operation,the UCLA scores of shoulder joint function after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the scores of shoulder joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that the recovery rate of shoulder joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the long-term efficacy of the patients was better.Conclusion: Adopting Huoxue soup to drink the water in combination with conventional medication for rotator cuff tear arthroscopic shoulder repair of common clinical symptoms after treatment,the clinical curative effect,the traditional simple use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(Nsaids)and dehydrating agent,the degree of pain relief effect and eliminate swelling has more obvious effect,highlight the invigorate the circulation of the water combined the advantages of conventional medicine,patients with the forward curative effect is better,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
