Objective: Emotion is the different reactions of the human body to objective things, and it is the collective name of the seven emotions and the five wills.Seven emotions refer to the seven emotions of joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, terror, and shock, and five minds refer to anger, joy, thought, worry, and fear.Human emotional activities are based on qi and blood fluid, depending on normal viscera gasification activities, and will respond differently to different external stimuli.Ordinary emotional activities do not cause illness, but if the emotion is too intense, the body will be overwhelmed and change, causing physical injury or even death. Therefore, the abnormality of emotions has an important impact on the occurrence, progress and outcome of the disease. With the advent of the industrial world,a highly efficient way of living and working has gradually formed, and the relative pressure has become greater and greater. As a result, people have been physically and mentally exhausted for a long time, and various bad emotions have occurred.Older people and young people also have many emotional problems.Nowadays, both Chinese and Western medicines have focused on how to effectively prevent and treat emotional disorders. In this aspect of research,Chinese medicine has unique advantages, and the Huangdi Neijing’s Canon of Medicine,as the beginning of the theory of health care in Chinese medicine, plays an important role in preventing and guiding emotional disorders.According to modern medicine, emotion as an important causative factor has been confirmed, and it has been paid more and more attention by everyone. However, the research on the theory of emotional health is relatively scarce. As for the research on emotional disease, modern scholars are more focused on the research of the composition, efficacy and composition of clinical prescriptions, and there is little research on the theory of emotional disease.Medicine originates from practice,so medical thought is deeply rooted in historical soil. The Huangdi Neijing’s Canon,as the first concept of the five minds, should be studied systematically. The discussion of emotional illness in Huangdi Neijing’s Canon is scattered throughout the chapters, which makes it difficult for us to inherit the theory of emotional illness. In summary,it is necessary to provide more theoretical basis for clinical photography of emotional disorders, and to discover new methods of photography. It is imperative to collect, organize, and conduct in-depth research on emotional disorders in the Huangdi Neijing’s Canon. Methods: In this paper, the traditional literature research method, assisted by the expert consultation method, theoretical research and clinical practice.First of all, read Huangdi Neijing carefully, search for and interpret the relevant provisions,as the theoretical basis;Secondly,we analyzed the previous research results, consulted clinical experts, and systematically studied the pathogenic factors, pathogenesis and treatment methods of emotion and emotion.Summarize the experience of the treatment and adjustment of emotional diseases, and obtain the research results. Results: The research results of this paper include two aspects.First, based on the Huangdi Neijing, this paper systematically sorted out the theoretical knowledge about emotional illness in the Huangdi Neijing.Through the understanding of the emotional clauses in the Huangdi Neijing, from the concepts, causes and mechanisms of morbidity,Analyze various aspects of treatment methods and mental transfer,so as to fully understand the content of emotional illness.Second, this paper discusses the practical significance of the emotional transfer method in the Huangdi Neijing, which makes the combination of emotional transfer disease and modern world outlook and values to better serve clinical practice. Conclusion:This thesis further defines the concept of emotion through systematic research: emotion is an inner experience that originates from the gasification function of the five internal organs and mainly depends on the essence,qi,blood, and fluid of the internal organs.External stimuli act on the human body, and the viscera essence will be newly integrated and distributed. This is carried out under the leadership of the mind and responds differently to different stimuli.Analyze the factors leading to emotional pathogenesis: Because the distribution of essence gas in different organs in the body is different, different emotions will be generated. The causes of emotional illness are nothing more than internal causes and external causes. The internal causes are mainly caused by internal conditions. The emotional causes are mainly psychological and physiological factors. The external causes are mainly external factors and are classified as natural.Factors and social factors.Investigate the mechanism and characteristics of emotional pathogenesis: Disturb and damage the internal organs, damage the mind, damage the internal organs, affect other internal organs, consume the essential blood, exhaust the vital energy, and destroy the body.Summarize the main methods of emotional adjustment: clean and nourish the soul, nourish the soul, adjust the abstinence, keep the feelings happy, adjust the time and move the shape, and emphasize the thoughts of adjusting the mind and governing the gods are the concentrated reflection of the overall concept of Chinese medicine. The occurrence of diseases and changes in emotions affect each other, and by regulating emotions, alleviate symptoms and cure diseases. These sentimental ideas of Huangdi Neijing have inspired generations of doctors and provided useful guidance for the development of medical practice today.Studying the pathogenic factors and methods of Huangdi Neijing to promote the development of emotional disease Have important practical significance and practical value.
