Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By "Qiang Shen Tong Du" Point Group

Objective:Through clinical randomized controlled trials,"qiang shen tong du" group with common acupuncture in the two treatment in lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,comparing the clinical curative effects of a "qiang shen tong du" acupuncture point group curative effect is analyzed,treatment methods and means,rich lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion for its clinical application to provide scientific basis for the treatment of LDH.Methods:Will conform to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of patients,according to the principle of single blind,randomized,controlled,divided into the treatment group and control group,each group of 33 people,using a "qiang shen tong du" acupuncture treatment group,control group with common acupuncture method,two groups of all three courses of treatment(day 1,10 days for 1 course of treatment).The efficacy of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group by using JOA score as the main index and visual analogue scale(VAS score)as the secondary index.Results:The total response rate of the two groups was statistically significant after treatment.(P < 0.05)1.Baseline comparison: there was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference in JOA and VAS scale before treatment.The two groups were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison: after three courses of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in JOA and VAS scores in the treatment group,indicating that the treatment group had a significant effect.After the treatment was completed in the control group,the two groups were compared on the score scale,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment in the control group was effective.3.Comparison between groups: after treatment for 3 days,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and P < 0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Efficacy comparison: after 33 d treatment,9 patients in the treatment group recovered,11 had obvious effects,8 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with an effective rate of 92.45%.After a full course of treatment,4 patients in the control group were cured,8 had obvious effects,12 were effective,and 6 were ineffective,with an effective rate of 79.63%.Chi-square test results of the two groups showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:"qiang shen tong du" the curative effect of acupuncture point group treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,the control group common acupuncture also has curative effect,but compared with the treatment group curative effect is weaker,therefore,a "qiang shen tong du" acupuncture point group can be widely used in clinical treatment of LDH,bring patients with LDH and curative effect of treatment,get rid of the pain as soonas possible,as soon as possible back to health.
