| Objective: The purpose of this paper is to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of Caohua Fupen granules on malnutrition of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic kidney disease(CKD)and the influence of related test indexes,so as to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of caohuagebasin granule nutritional support on CKD.Methods: Strictly in accordance with the inclusion,diagnosis and exclusion criteria set by the subject study,we selected the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Department of Nephrology in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and the syndrome was CKD stage 3-4(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)80patients as observation objects were strictly numbered one by one in strict accordance with the order of visits,and were evenly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)using the random number table method.The control group was given basic treatment,and the experimental group was given Caohua Fupen granules.Oral treatment.Control group: receive basic treatment,and treat symptomatic treatments such as regulating blood pressure,lowering blood fat,lowering blood sugar,calcium,phosphorus,and some necessary vitamins depending on the patient’s condition;At the same time,give CKD diet: high quality low protein diet(LPD).Experimental group:Based on the treatment of the control group,and given grass flower raspberry granules(Cordyceps flower 15 g,raspberry 10 g,peach kernel 10 g,shepherd’s purse flower 10g)(Jiangsu Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,granules,usage and dosage : Take each morning and evening,1 bag/time),long-term use.The duration of medication for both groups of patients was 8 weeks.At the same time,the clinical changes of the patients were observed.After 0,4,and 8 weeks of treatment,the patients’ symptom score,renal function index,subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment(SGA)and related Relatively objective evaluation of laboratory indicators,etc.Results:(1)The experimental group patients serum index of renal function,serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)level is lower than the level of the control group patients with glomerular filtration rate(GFR)values higher than the control group;Through group(treated with 0 w,4 w treatment 8 w and 4 w)and between groups(treatment 8 w and 4 w)comparison of two groups of patients GFR,Scr and BUN level between the differencestatistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)In the experimental group,the contents of related nutritional indexes hemoglobin(HGB),serum preprotein(PA)and serum albumin(ALB)were all higher than those in the control group,while the levels of TSF,symptom score and MAMC were better than those in the control group.Two groups of patients with serum PA,propagated,HGB and symptom integral level differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),between MAMC and TSF level difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the SGA level of the two groups changed slightly,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the SGA level of the two groups changed significantly,among which the experimental group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).(4)The contents of Isoleucine(ILE),Valine(Val),glutamic acid(Glu),tyrosine(Tyr),and,aspartic acid(Asp),glycine(Gly),Serine(Ser),arginine(Arg),and Leu in the serum amino acids of the patients in the experrimental group that were significantly higher than those in the contrrol group,while the contents of the other amino acids were not similar to those in the control group.There was a significant difference in the contents of the above nine kinds of serum amino acids between the two groups(P < 0.05).(5)In patients with experimental clinical complete remission for 34 cases,partial response for 2 cases,the total effective rate of close to 89.74%,control group patients clinical complete remission for 27 cases,partial in 4 cases,the total effective rate of close to 79.49%;The obvious differences between the experimental group and control group,experimental group overall treatment effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: As a Chinese medicine nutritional treatment,Caohua Fupen Granules can effectively improve the renal function of patients with CKD(Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome),optimize related nutritional indicators and increase the content of some amino acids,thereby effectively increasing protein synthesis and enhancing body immunity.Greatly optimize the life and quality of life of CKD patients and improve the prognosis,so as to provide a new and more reasonable treatment strategy for nutritional treatment of CKD with traditional Chinese medicine preparations. |
