1 Objective:Clinical experiments were carried out on the application of traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueduqing(Zhou Dayong, director of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine)in patients with severe pneumonia to study its effect on various inflammatory indicators.Observed before and after treatment in patients with white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NE%),calcitonin(PCT),c-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),prealbumin(PA),and sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE II)and TCM syndrome integral rating scale changes, such as various discuss Xueduqing inflammatory reaction and prognosis of outcome in patients with severe pneumonia, the intervention effect of evaluate its clinical efficacy.2 Methods:This study chooses between January 2019 and December 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university general intensive care unit(ICU)in hospitalized patients as the research object, collected into standard 60 patients diagnosed patients with severe pneumonia, with random lottery group,60 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The diagnostic criteria for the enrolled patients in this study refer to the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia set out in the 2016 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese adults with community-acquired pneumonia. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction with Xueduqing on the basis of conventional treatment, which was made by decoction room of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine.Take 7 days for one course of treatment. After 7 days of continuous treatment,WBC,NE%,PCT,CRP,IL-6,PA,SOFA,APACHE II score,TCM syndrome score, and total clinical response rate were compared between the two groups.3 Results:(1)The levels of WBC and NE% in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)PA level in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(4)The SOFA score,APACHEII score and TCM syndrome score of patients in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(5)The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusion:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueduqing can effectively improve the levels of WBC,NE%,PCT,CRP,il-6,PA and other relevant inflammatory indicators in patients with severe pneumonia, indicating that Xueduqing has a positive effect on the control of inflammatory response in patients with severe pneumonia.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueduqing can reduce APACHE II score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome score of severe pneumonia patients, indicating that Xueduqing can effectively improve the overall condition of severe pneumonia patients, and contribute to the reduction of clinical symptoms, disease progression and prognosis of patients.(3)The traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueduqing can improve the clinical efficacy of severe pneumonia patients.
