| Objective: This study aims to analyze the clinical efficacy of different doses of glucocorticoid in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia, and provide help in the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of children with severe pneumonia treated with glucocorticoids in Changchun Children’s Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020.The children were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the hormone dose, during which the effect of treatment, clinical symptoms, sign change time, hospitalization days, laboratory examinations, disappearance time of chest X-ray shadow and comorbidities were compared and analyzed within the two groups. Results: Ninety-three children with severe pneumonia treated with glucocorticoids(Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Sterile Buffer)were involved in this study, according to the hormone application dose(low dose 1-2mg/kg.d,medium dose3-6mg/kg.d),they were divided into control group(low dose)47 cases and observation group(medium dose)46 cases.Comparison of clinical efficacy between two groups of children with severe pneumonia 1 The total effective rate of treatment in the control group is lower than that in the observation group,p<0.05.2 In the control group, the time to heat remission, cough relief time, cough disappearance time, sputum reduction time, sputum disappearance time, lung rales reduction time, lung rales. The disappearance time and hospital stay were longer than those in the observation group,p<0.05.3 The white blood cell count and the percentage of neutrophils in the control group were compared with those in the observation group,p>0.05.The shadow disappearance time of chest X-ray in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,p<0.05.4 Comparing the control group with the observation group,p>0.05.The pathogenic test of 93 children with severe pneumonia treated with glucocorticoids in this study found that 71 children were infected with Mycoplasma pneumonia, accounting for 76.34%.The roots were also divided into the control group(low dose 1-2mg/kg),33 cases and the observation group(medium and large Dose 3-6mg/kg.d)38 cases.Clinical efficacy of two groups of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia 1 The total effective rate of treatment in the control group is lower than that in the observation group,p<0.05.2In the control group, the time to heat remission, cough relief time, cough disappearance time, sputum reduction time, sputum disappearance time, lung rales reduction time, lung rales. The disappearance time and hospital stay were longer than those in the observation group,p<0.05.3 The white blood cell count and the percentage of neutrophils in the control group were compared with those in the observation group,p>0.05.The shadow disappearance time of chest X-ray in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,p<0.05.4 Comparing the control group with the observation group,p>0.05.Conclusion:1.Compared with low-dose hormones,medium-dose(3-6mg/kg.d)glucocorticoids can significantly improve the therapeutic effect when treating children with severe pneumonia, speed up the disappearance of clinical symptoms, signs and chest effects, and shorten the hospital stay. However, there were no differences in white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, and comorbidities.2.Compared with low-dose hormones,medium-dose(3-6mg/kg.d)glucocorticoids can significantly improve the treatment effect in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia, speed up the disappearance of clinical symptoms, signs and chest effects, and shorten the hospital stay,But no difference in white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and comorbidities. |
