Research On Ancient And Modern Literature Of Moxibustion And Moxibustion

Objective: The relevant records of moxa smoke moxibustion in historical Chinese medical literature are summarized,the characteristics of moxa smoke moxibustion in each historical stage are summarized,and the moxa smoke moxibustion method used in modern clinical practice is compared with the moxa smoke moxibustion method recorded in ancient literature.Compare and explore the historical origin,clinical application characteristics and development direction of moxa smoke moxibustion,and provide reference for clinical and scientific research.Methods: It mainly uses traditional Chinese medicine traditional philology research methods,combined with modern information retrieval methods,and uses computer software,the Internet and other means to collect,organize,and classify the ancient articles and modern literature related to the moxibustion and moxibustion method.The clinical application and treatment characteristics of moxibustion are summarized through the comparative analysis of ancient and modern literature,and the clinical application characteristics and development direction of moxa smoke moxibustion are summarized.Results:1.There are 67 ancient medical books involved in this study,167 entries for ancient documents,and 196 entries for modern documents.2.The moxibustion and moxibustion methods recorded in ancient literature are mostly combined with medicine and moxa,which can treat a wide range of diseases,which can be seen in:(1)Hemorrhoid diseases,such as anal itching,anal hemorrhoid pain,hemorrhoid bleeding,etc.(2)Sore and ulcer diseases,such as scabies,myrica rubra,epidermal gangrene,pruritus pruritus,insect bite sores,etc.(3)Medical diseases,such as headache,windworm toothache,cough,etc.(4)Gynecological vulvar pruritus;(5)Prevention and control of epidemic diseases;3.Modern moxibustion is mostly used as moxibustion material,and clinicalapplication of moxa fume moxibustion is mostly used to treat surgical superficial infection diseases,such as bedsores,paronychia,chronic eczema,folliculitis,tinea pedis,wound infections,hand and foot fingers.(Toe)osteomyelitis,encephalitis,psoriasis,shingles;It is also used to treat rhinitis,ear fungal infections,tinnitus and deafness,uterine prolapse,itching of the vulva,hiccup,and local induration;In addition,it is also used clinically for air disinfection in ward clinics;4.The modern literature on the research of Moxa has been comprehensive,from the components of Moxa to the pharmacological effects and the toxicological effects of Moxa.There are detailed records;the components of Moxa are different from those of volatile oil,and the components of Moxa are different.In addition to retaining the original volatile oil composition of moxa,it also contains new compounds produced by moxa combustion.In ancient literature,in addition to direct contact with the surface of the human body to play a role,moxa can also be directly used as a medicine,and the corresponding medicinal materials are used to treat diseases,mainly seen in ophthalmology,head and face Application of sores and asthma;5.The instruments used for moxibustion and moxibustion in ancient times have certain characteristics of the times;in the early days,natural objects were used as moxibustion devices,such as pits,reed tubes,and sacral tubes.,Pewter pots,earthen pots,yin and yang tiles,basins,toilet bowls,etc.,until the Ming and Qing Dynasties appeared smoked rolls,green cloth rolls smoked,yellow wax rolls smoked and so on.Conclusions:1.The application of moxa smoke moxibustion has certain clinical characteristics,and its application trend also changes to certain times.2.Moxa smoked moxibustion is widely used to treat diseases,mainly used for surgical infectious diseases,and moxa smoke ingredients are the material basis for the treatment.3.The ancient literature has a lot of relevant records on the effect of Ai Yan,and the modern research results related to Ai Yan basically accord with the records in the ancient literature.4.The ancient fumigation and moxibustion instruments have been continuously updated,from digging pits to moxibustion devices to poppy pots,pots,tiles and so on.
