Study On The Physiological Function Of Liver System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Kazakh Medicine) Based On The Whole Concept Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine)is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine,which not only has a unique theoretical system,but also has a close relationship with traditional Chinese medicine in the physiological structure and function of liver system.Through the comparative study with traditional Chinese medicine in the aspects of overall concept,liver system physiology,pathology,etc,This paper attempts to reveal the connotation and essence of the physiological function of the liver system in traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine),so as to provide valuable clues and basis for the diagnosis and prevention of liver diseases.Methods: under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,this project comprehensively adopts the methods of investigation,observation,literature research,empirical research,interdisciplinary research,experience summary,etc.to carry out a comparative study on the physiological structure,physiological function,pathogenesis characteristics,prevention and treatment drugs of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine)in the liver system.Results: in terms of holistic concept,traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine)believes that only when people and nature,people and internal organs of each person are in a five harmonious state,can we maintain balance and stability to obtain health.In terms of physiological structure,traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine)holds that the rudiments of liver system are composed of liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,etc.,which are directly connected with stomach system,intestine system and heart system,and have special connection and corresponding relationship with tongue system and eye system of external organs.In terms of physiological function,traditional Chinese medicine(Kazakh medicine)holds that the liver system has hematopoietic function,the invisible part in the liver’s main hematopoiesis,and the visible part in the spleen’s main hematopoiesis.The pancreas in the liver system has the function of "regulating the viscosity of body fluid",and it can also regulate the sleeping and waking state of the human body.The climate attribute of the liver system is hot at the whole level,while the liver system is cold at the organ level and hot without endurance.The liver system also plays an important role in Hu Watt,body fluid and circulation.In the aspect of emotion,the liver is good at joy and bad at sadness.Excessive sadness will make the liver system constrict,even rot,and it will be full of joy.In addition,from the treatment of liver diseases,we can deduce its physiological function,which also partially confirms the above theory.Conclusion: on the theoretical level,we should fully consider the factors of liver system when we dig out many parts that are easily ignored by traditional Chinese medicine,such as diabetes,pancreatitis and other diseases,In addition,such as sleep disorders,heart and brain diseases,intestinal diseases,blood diseases,circulatory disorders,and metabolic diseases,we should fully consider the impact of the liver system.The above research results obviously have important reference value for the diagnosis and prevention of liver diseases and other related system diseases,but there are still more areas worthy of further in-depth study.
