| ObjectiveIn this study, normal rats were used as the target, and gastric motility and the frequen cy of spontaneous discharge of the vagal nerve and gastric branch were used as obser vation indicators to explore the differences in the effects of acupuncture or moxibustio n intervention on gastric acupuncture and gastric vagus nerve activity.Provide a referen ce for the optimization of clinical treatment methods.Methods(1)Healthy adult SPF(no special pathogen)grade SD rats were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and moxibustion group, with 10 rats in each group. The gastric motility was recorded by intracapsular pressure experiment, and the effects of electroacupuncture(2/15 Hz,2 mA,2 min)/moxibustion(The temperature of the acupoint area is maintained at 46~48℃ during moxibustion,2 min)at "ST 25"/"ST 36" on gastric movement at different time periods were observed and analyzed.(2)Healthy adult SPF(no special pathogen)grade SD rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group and moxibustion group, with 8 rats in each group. The electrical activity of the vagus nerve branch was recorded through a multi-conductive physiological system, and the effect of acupuncture(twisted left and right, amplitude 180°,frequency 120 times/min,2 min)/moxibustion(The temperature of the acupoint area is maintained at 46~48℃ during moxibustion,2 min)at the "ST 25"/"ST 36" acupoint on the frequency of discharge of the vagus nerve gastric branch at different time periods were analyzed.Results1.In normal rats, the acupoints of different parts of electroacupuncture have different characteristics in regulating gastric motility:the abdominal "ST 25"acupoint has an inhibitory effect on gastric movement(P<0.05),and the lower limb "ST 36" has a promoting effect(P<0.05));The time characteristics of gastric acupoint response to different parts of acupoints are different:The response time of abdominal acupoints was short, and the response time of lower acupoints was long(P<0.05).For the same acupoint, the direction of electroacupuncture/moxibustion effect is roughly the same, but the response time and degree are different:the response time of gastric motion to the electroacupuncture effect is short and heavy, and the response time of gastric motion to moxibustion effect is long and light(P<0.05).2.1n the normal group, the effect of vagus nerve branch discharge on acupuncture/moxibustion at "ST 25" decreased(P<0.05),but the response time and degree were different:the frequency of vagus nerve branch discharge in rats responded to acupuncture long and lightly, the response of vagus nerve branch discharge to moxibustion in rats was short and severe. The acupuncture/moxibustion at "ST 36" have different effects on the vagus nerve branch discharge and response time in rats:the effect of vagus nerve branch discharge on the frequency of acupuncture is increasing and the response time is short(P<0.05),the effect of gastric vagus nerve discharge on moxibustion in rats was reduced and response time was long(P<0.05)Conclusion1.Both electroacupuncture/acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate gastric movement, but the effect direction and mechanism of acupoints in different parts may be different.2.Different intervention methods will not change the specificity of acupoints on the direction of gastric motility regulation, but will affect the strength of the effect.3.Acupoints on the same part are intervened by different methods, and the direction of autonomic nerve activity may be inconsistent, which may affect the strength of the gastric motility effect. |
