Objective: The adverse reactions of TAM or OFS combined with AI in premenopausal young breast cancer were compared and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two different treatment methods were objectively evaluated through the relevant clinical indicators. The purpose of this study was to find an endocrine therapy for breast cancer with less adverse reactions and less adverse reactions, which was more accepta ble to patients. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to select 119 eligible premenopausal young breast cancer patients from the Department of Breast Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between 2007 and 2018.Among them,50 patients were treated with TAM regimen alone, and 50 patients were treated with OFS combined with AI regimen.Examination group,a total of 69 cases.Statistical comparison of adverse reactions in the course of treatment between the two groups, including: adverse physiological reactions, adverse psychological reactions, ovarian function recovery, ovarian cysts, endometrial thickening, pregnancy and so on.Results:(1)Physiological adverse reactions: The incidence of vaginal dryness, dysmenorrhea, gastrointestinal reaction, constipation, vaginal bleeding, arthralgia, osteoporosis and fracture in the control group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);the incidence of hair sparsity and headache in the control group was close to that in the reference group, and the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05).The rate was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(2)Psychological adverse reactions: There was no significant difference in the incidence and degree of depression between the two groups(2 = 0.029,P = 0.866).(3)Ovarian function recovery: 8 months after the end of chemotherapy, the ovarian recovery rate of the control group was 40.00%,and that of the reference group was 92.75%.The difference was statistically significant(2 = 38.862,P < 0.001).(4)Occurrence of ovari an cysts: After three months, the incidence of ovarian cysts in the control group was 6.00%,and that in the reference group was 1.45%.There was no significant difference(2=0.713,p=0.399);after six months, the incidence of ovarian cysts in the control group was 16.00%,and that in the reference group was 2.90%.The difference was statistically significant(2=4.875,p=0.027);after 12 months, the incidence of ovarian cysts in the control group was 1.8.00% in the reference group and 4.35% in the referenc e group, the difference was statistically significant(2 = 5.959,P = 0.015).(5)The occurrence of endometrial thickening: after three months, the incidence of endometrial thickening in the control group was 6.00%,and that in the reference group was 1.45%.There was no significant difference(2 = 0.713,P = 0.399);after six months, the incidence of endometrial thickening in the control group was 18.00%,and that in the reference group was 2.90%.The difference was statistically significant(2 = 6.183,P = 0.013);after 12 months, the control group was compared. The incidence of endometrial thickening was 20.00% in 10 cases of group A and 5.80% in 4 cases of group B(2=5.634,p=0.018).(6)Pregnancy: 3 years later, there were no pregnancies in the control group and 3 cases in the reference group, the pregnancy rate was 4.35%.There was no significant difference(p=0.263).Four years later,2 cases in the control group were pregnant, the pregnancy rate was 4.00%.7 cases in the reference group were pregnant, the pregnancy rate was 10.14%.There was no significant difference(2=0.810,p=0.368).Five years later, the pregnancy rate in the control group was 8.00%.Reference 11.59% of the test group, the difference was not statistically significant(2 = 0.413,P = 0.520).Conclusion: Compared with TAM alone,OFS combined with AI regimen in the treatment of premenopausal young breast cancer patients has fewer adverse reactions and mild, reversible ovarian protective effect, and high degree of acceptance and tolerance.
