| Objective:The efficacy of needle scalpel therapy combine core stability training to treat chronic nonspecific low back pain was evaluated,and it provided a reference for clinical use.Methods:Selected 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria in wards and outpatient clinics from December 2017 to December 2018,and divided into 3 groups(n-30)using random numerical table method s/he sage:general stability training treatment group(CST group),needle scalpel therapy group(NST group)and needle scalpel therapy combine core stability training treatment group(NST-CST group).The CST group was trained for 3 months in core stability training;NST group using needle scalpel treatment,once a week,4 times in a row;The NST-CST group used core stability training for 3 consecutive months and was given needle and knife treatment in the first month,once a week,4 times in a row.Vassicita scores,JOA and ODI scores,and oral muscle electrocardiography analysis of vertical and polysplasty muscle surfaces were performed and recorded in three groups of patients before treatment(To),During Treatment in January(T1)and During Treatment in March(T2).Results:Compared with To,VAS and ODI scores decreased and JOA scores increased in T1 and T2 groups(p<0.05).Compared with the CST group and the NST group,VAS and ODI scores decreased and JOA scores increased in the NST+CST group at T1 and T2(p<0.05).Compared with CST group,VAS score and ODI score decreased significantly in NST group at Ti(p<0.05),but JOA score was not significant(P<0.05).Compared with T0,RMS increased and MF decreased in the erector and multifidus muscles atTi and T2(p<0.05).Compared with CST group,the RMS of erector and multifidus in NST group increased significantly at T1(p<0.05).Compared with CST group,RMS increased significantly in NST+CST group at T1 and T2(p<0.05).Compared with NST group,RMS increased significantly in NST+CST group at T1(p<0.05).Compared with CST group,there was no significant difference between NST group and MF group at T1(p>0.05).Compared with CST group,MF in NST+CST group decreased significantly at Ti and T2(p<0.05).Compared with NST group,MF decreased in NST+CST group at Ti,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)Conclusion:Needle-knife joint core stability training has a more significant therapeutic effect than simple core stability training and simple needle knife treatment of low back pain. |
