Study On The Status Quo And Policy Suggestions Of Secondary Development Of Ethnic Medicines In Yunnan Province

Objective:The secondary development of ethnic medicines is conducive to promoting the leap-forward development of the ethnic medicine industry in Yunnan Province,promoting the transformation of economic growth mode and promoting the development of regional economy.In order to explore the possibility of secondary development of ethnic medicines in Yunnan Province,through the investigation of the status quo of 127 kinds of "landmarks" upgraded to "national standard" medicines in Yunnan Province,summed up the common difficulties and problems in the secondary developmen,and researched Yunnan at this stage.The restrictive factors for the secondary development of the national medicine in order to explore the policy needs of enterprises,explore and put forward opinions and suggestions on promoting the secondary development policy of ethnic medicines in Yunnan Province,accelerate the creation of famous brands and large varieties of "Yunyao",and construct "Yunyao"innovation system to help enterprises to open up their ideas,enhance their competitiveness,improve their production levels,and promote the leap-forward development of the national medicine industry in Yunnan Province.Methods:1.Questionnaire:According to the information summarized in the "Guidelines for the Second Development of Famous Prescription Medicines in the Yunnan Pharmaceutical Industry",design the problems and difficulties that enterprises may face in secondary development.2.Field research:According to the information obtained from the questionnaire survey,go to the production enterprise,and understand the current situation of the secondary development of the enterprise,the difficulties and problems encountered in the development process,and the expectations of the policy.3.Expert Consultation:After sorting out the information obtained by the first two methods,visit the Yunnan Provincial Drug Policy Experts to explore the path and related policies suitable for the secondary development of Yunnan ethnic medicine.Results:As of July 2017,according to the information of 127 kinds of ethnic medicine preparations provided by Yunnan Food and Drug Administration in 2008,compare the information obtained in the "Drug Inquiry" column of the website of the State Food and Drug Administration:there are 86 varieties that the information has not changed;the rest of the variety information has changed.There are four cases:the information of the drug manufacturer has changed(33 types),the name of the drug has changed(2 types),the information of the drug has not been available in Yunnan Province(5 types)and approval number not issued(1 species).127 kinds of ethnic medicine preparations,involving 42 production enterprises,issued a questionnaire for each medicine variety.The questionnaire revolves around whether the drug is the independent research and development of the enterprise,the guidance of the "Guidelines for the Second Development of Famous Prescription Medicines in the Yunnan Pharmaceutical Industry ",the current progress of the secondary development of the drug,and the secondary development direction.A total of 121 questionnaires were distributed and 96 were returned,that is,96 varieties were fed back to the questionnaire.31 companies were visited,and 16 companies indicated that they are not currently conducting research and development work or canceling the research-and-development department for objective reasons.Conclusion:The secondary development of ethnic medicines in Yunnan Province requires policy support.The demand for policies of enterprises is concentrated on registration approval,policy interpretation,and cooperation between research and development institutions.
