The Study On The Influencing Factors Of Choose The Behavior Of Mongolian Medicine Of Residents Of Primary Counties Of Chifeng

Objective:To study the influencing factors of selecting Mongolian medical treatment in counties in Chifeng city to understand the factors considered in making Mongolian medical treatment decision from different angles and find out the key factors of understanding the medical needs of primary residents and provide reference basis for medical and health to formulate targeted strategies for primary Mongolian medical services.Methods:Descriptive statistical analysis method and single factor analysis method are used to analyze the selection of the second and third level Mongolian medical institutions in primary counties from following aspects:the general demographic characteristics,the reasons for choosing Mongolian medical treatment,the situation of obtaining Mongolian medical treatment,the satisfaction of Mongolian medical service,the evaluation of the curative effect of Mongolian medical treatment,the situation of participating in medical insurance,and the access to information.On the basis of single factor analysis,the factors influencing the choice of second-and third-level Mongolian medical institutions were investigated using LOGISTIC regression analysis and multivariate principal component analysis.Results:5 counties were selected in Chifeng area to collect 3164 questionnaires(617 in Aru Korqin County,642 in Balinzuo County,698 in Balinyou County,697 in Wengniute County and 510 in Keshiketeng County).The number of patients who chose tertiary Mongolian medical institutions was 1850(58.47%),and the number of patients who chose secondary Mongolian medical institutions was 1314(41.53%).After descriptive statistical analysis,single factor statistical analysis,LOGISTIC regression analysis and multivariate principal component analysis,Mongolian traditional medicine is the highlight of Chifeng area.The diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Mongolian traditional medicine are good-curative-effected,rooted-treatment-effected,minor-side-effected.The attitude of medical service affects the behavior of primary residents.The highest influencing factor affecting residents of counties to choose Mongolian medicine is disease.Influencing factors related to diseases include chronic diseases,intractable diseases,geriatric diseases,preventive health care,rehabilitation treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the disease.It can be seen that disease factors are the key considerations for residents to choose Mongolian medicine.After principal component analysis,11 factors were extracted and 29 factors were more prominent among the 11 factors.Most of the 29 factors were classified into 11 factors,such as:Mongolian medical institution factor,Mongolian medical authority factor,environmental factor,individual subjective factor,disease factor,Mongolian medical level factor,medical technology factor,chronic disease factor,Mongolian medical service ability factor,Mongolian doctor’s qualification factor,medical convenience factor,etc.The objective factors are as follows:Mongolian medical institution factor,Mongolian doctor’s authority factor,medical technology factor,environmental factor,disease factor,chronic disease factor,Mongolian medical service ability factor,Mongolian doctor’s qualification factor,etc.Conclusion:The key influencing factors of Mongolian medical treatment behavior are the factors of Mongolian medical institutions.The important influencing factors are the disease factors and the characteristics of traditional Mongolian medicine.The level of Mongolian medical institution influences the choice of medicine in counties.The value of medical advertising is crucial.The survey shows that the residents growing up in pastoral areas mainly obtains the relevant knowledge and information of Mongolian medicine,and the living environment of counties residents in Chifeng obtaining the key way of Mongolian medicine knowledge shows that the self-propagation of Mongolian medicine is still very inadequate.Compared with the way of obtaining Mongolian medical information,the residents obtain the information of the medical institutions through the introduction of relatives or others and frequent visits to Mongolian medical institutions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the propaganda of Mongolian medicine characteristics,to study and intervene the behavior of primary residents to choose Mongolian medicine,to promote the Mongolian medicine service system,and to improve the understanding of Mongolian medicine among primary residents.
