Clinical Observation Of Erchen Sizi Decoction In Treating Pediatric Cough Due To Phlegm Dampness

Objective: In this project,we studied the clinical efficacy of Erchensizi Decoction for treating cough due to phlegm and dampness in children with lung cough,and compared its efficacy with the efficacy of Ambroxol Oral Liquid to study the possible treatment of this disease The mechanism of action lays the foundation for the clinical application and promotion of this side,and provides a reference basis for the treatment of phlegm-dampness and lung-type cough in children with traditional Chinese medicine,and broadens the way of thinking.Methods: Sixty children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.They were given Erchensizi Decoction Jiawei and Ambroxol Oral Liquid for 3 days and a course of treatment.Two courses of treatment were observed.Then record the changes of the total points,main points and secondary points of the children before and after treatment.After the treatment is completed,the collected points are counted,and the data is statistically analyzed and processed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results: 1.In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,indicating that the clinical effect of Erchensizi Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-dampness cough in children is significantly better than ambroxol oral solution.2.After giving different treatments,the symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before each medication(P <0.05);and the symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than the control group(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a more significant effect.3.The disappearance rate of secondary symptoms in the treatment group was more than 60%,and the disappearance rate of control group was more than 40%,indicating that both groups had an effect on improving secondary symptoms,but the obvious treatment group was more significant.In addition,the treatment group had the best effect in improving anorexia,nausea and vomiting,and mental exhaustion.The improvement effect was not as good as the previous items in terms of thirst and thin stools.Conclusion: This clinical observation study found that the treatment group Erchensizi decoction and the control group ambroxol oral solution are effective in improving the clinical symptoms of children’s phlegm and dampness lung cough,but the effect of Erchensizi decoction is more significant.In particular,it has obvious advantages in the main symptoms of cough,lung sputum sound and anorexia,nausea and vomiting,and mental exhaustion.It provides a reference for improving the clinical symptoms of phlegm-dampness lung cough in children and broadens the way.
