| Objective: To explore the theoretical basis of Bushen Zhuluan Decoction in treating infertility due to ovulation deficiency due to deficiency of kidney qi,and observe the efficacy and safety of Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation deficiency due to kidney qi deficiency,in order to expand new ideas for the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility in a multi-channel way,and to lay a solid foundation for better clinical application of the side.Methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group,the Chinese and Western medicine group,30 cases in each group.They were given simple Bushen Zhuluan Decoction,pure clomiphene,Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate,for 3 months for 1 courses.Each group was treated for 1 courses.The scores of TCM syndromes,follicular and endometrial development,relative hormone levels(LH,E2,P),ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were observed in the three groups.The scores of TCM syndrome and pregnancy in three groups were observed after 3 months of follow up.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score: the three groups of patients can improve the TCMsyndrome score(p<0.01)of the patients with infertility due to kidney qi deficiency and ovulation disorder after treatment,and the Chinese and Western medicine group is superior to the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group(p<0.05).The curative effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group(p<0.05).It suggested that Bushen Zhuluan Decoction could obviously improve the TCM symptoms of patients and the effect of combined with clomiphene was better.The TCM syndrome scores of the three groups during the follow-up period were significantly lower than those before treatment,but all of them were higher than those of the treatment group.The curative effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group.(2)Follicular development: three groups of patients after treatment can effectively improve the ovulation stage of follicle diameter,and the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine group is obviously better than the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p<0.01),the curative effect of Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group is quite(p>0.05).(3)Endometrial thickness changes: the endometrium thickness of the three groups before and after treatment was completely randomized designed for variance analysis,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The three treatment options had significant effect on the endometrial thickness of the patients.(4)Correlation hormone: three groups of patients after treatment significantly improved the LH peak and E2 peak before ovulation,and the curative effect of the Chinese and Western medicine group was better thanthat of the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p<0.05),while the western medicine group’s curative effect was better than the Chinese medicine group.(5)Pregnancy rate and ovulation rate: the three groups of patients after treatment can improve the clinical pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the patients.The pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the Chinese and Western medicine groups are higher than those of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.Among them,the ovulation rate of the Chinese and Western medicine group is 82.41%,the pregnancy rate is 35.71%,the Chinese medicine group’s ovulation rate is 62.07%,the pregnancy rate is 17.24%;the western medicine group’s ovulation rate is 76.92%,and the pregnancy rate is23.08%..After the chi square test,there was no significant difference in ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the three groups(p>0.05).(6)Clinical efficacy: the Chinese and Western medicine group,the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group finished 29 cases,26 cases and 28 cases.The Chinese and Western medicine group recovered 6 cases,markedly effective 11 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate was 85.71%,the Chinese medicine group recovered clinically 3cases,markedly effective 9 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid cases,the total effective rate was 8;western medicine group clinical cure 4 cases,effective 6cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 7 cases.The total effective rate was 73.08%.(7)The side effects were compared:during the period of taking medicine,a few patients had some side effects such as epigastric discomfort and loss of appetite.Among them,there were 3 cases in the Chinese and Western medicine group and 4 cases in the western medicine group.Conclusion(s): The results of this study indicate that Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate is effective and safe in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation failure due to kidney qi deficiency.It can improve TCM symptoms,follicular and endometrial development,corticosteroid and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of infertility due to ovulation deficiency of kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and can also play a role in improving TCM syndromes and pregnancy after stopping the drug for3 months.Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with western medicine treatment effect is better,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
