The Clinic Study Of Treating Infertility Caused By Follicular Maldevelopment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type With Bushen Culuan Decoction Combined With Clomiphene Citrate

Purpose:The aim of this research is to assess the curative effect of combining Clomiphene Citrate with Kidney and Kidney Yin Deficiency in the treatment of patients with follicular dysplasia infertility.By comparing the dominant follicular ovulation rate,pre-ovulation endometrial thickness,maximum diameter of pre-ovulation follicle,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level,basal body temperature and pregnancy rate,the mechanism of action is discussed.To provide ideas for clinical practice.Methods:In this clinical study,60 patients with follicular dysplasia infertility of the liver and kidney yin deficiency type who met the diagnostic criteria were selected as subjects under surveillance,The 60 cases were randomly segmented into the normal group and the combined group,the Western medicine group was given clomiphene citrate orally only and the combined group was given tonifying kidney and promoting ovulation soup plus flavor combined with clomiphene citrate,30 cases in each group.The observation indexes were dominant follicle ovulation rate,pre-ovulation endometrial thickness,maximum diameter of pre-ovulation follicle,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level,basal body temperature,pregnancy rate.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to deal with the data and results of clinical consequence,and experimental conclusions were drawn to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Research results:1.Comparison of general data:Through statistical analysis,there was no striking difference between the matched group and the experimental group in age composition and onset time（P>0.05）.Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,maximum diameter of pre-ovulation follicles and other indicators（P>0.05）,which could be compared.2.Comparison of the overall clinical treatment effect:The overall effect of treatment showed that after three menstrual cycles of treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%and the overall response rate of the control group was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the observation group was tested to be higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:Clinical observation proved that both groups could improve TCM syndrome score.The TCM syndrome integral of the control group posttreatment was（18.27±5.32）,and in the observation group was（7.33±2.84）,the results displayed that the degree of improvement of TCM symptoms in the observation group was more effective（P<0.01）.4.Comparison of endometrial thickness back and forth ovulation:The endometrial thickening was observed before and after treatment in the treatment group（P<0.01）,while there was no notable change in the control group pretherapy and post-treatment（P>0.05）.The contrast between groups proved that the endometrial thickness before treatment could be compared（P>0.05）,and the thickening of endometrial thickness after treatment was more significant in the observation group,which was statistically significant（P<0.01）,suggesting that supplementing Bushen egg Promoting decoction had a significant effect on increasing endometrial thickness.5.Comparison of the maximum diameter of follicle before ovulation:Comparison between the both groups pretherapy and post-treatment showed that both groups favored follicular development and maturation（P<0.01）.In the contrast between groups,the maximum follicle diameter after treatment was（18.93±2.59mm）in the treatment group and（18±2.55mm）in the normal group,and there was no clear variety in the two groups before and after treatment（P>0.05）.6.Comparison of hormone levels:The contrast of FSH,LH and E₂levels pretherapy and post-treatment in the treatment group were proved that has notable difference（P<0.01）,while the comparison of serum FSH,LH and E₂levels back and forth treatment in the control group demonstrated that no statistical difference（P>0.05）,and the consequence proved that the treatment group was able to regulate hormone levels.In comparison between groups,there was no difference in FSH,LH,and E₂values before treatment between the two groups（P>0.05）.FSH and E₂levels rised significantly in tow groups after treatment（P<0.01）,and LH levels were not notable discrepancy（P>0.05）.7.Comparison of basal body temperature（BBT）:The BBT situation improved in both groups before and after treatment（P<0.01）,while the treatment group was more advantageous in terms of improvement of basal body temperature.8.Comparison of dominant follicle ovulation rate:Both groups could promote the successful ovulation of mature follicles,with no statistical significance（P>0.05）.The follicular expulsion rate was 73.33%in the treatment group and 63.33%in the control group.The conclusion showed that the treatment group had higher dominant follicle expulsion rate than the control group.9.Comparison of successful pregnancy rate:The pregnancy rate increased in both groups（P<0.05）,results showed that the pregnancy rate was 46.67%and 20%in the treatment and controlled groups respectively,the research proved that the combination group was superior than the control group in risng the pregnancy rate.10.Safety analysis:In the course of periodic treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions:The modified Bushen Culuan decoction combined with clomiphene citrate can effectively treat infertile patients with follicular dysgenesis of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Both the treatment group and the control group can promote the growth of follicles.The treatment group can improve the overall efficacy and reduce the TCM syndrome score.The improvement of preovulatory endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels,basal body temperature,ovulation rate of dominant follicle and pregnancy rate were better than those of clomiphene citrate treatment group.
